Does anyone know how to start the mission part-time job and in what condition will Annabelle sell you the bunny ears?
In the Inn escape chapter, beat the Innkeeper but lose to the sellswords. You will then be able to pick it as an option.

To get bunny ears, just buy her Devil Axe a first time. Then, return to her and accept her deal again. But this time, she scam you and flee. So here, you unlock a special quest named "the serpent's lair". You should have unlocked a new shop where you can buy bunny ears. Equip your MC with them, and enter "The Serpent's gaze" again. I think she will ask you to work for her, then you unlock "part time job".

Well my bad, in fact you just have to talk to her in the quest "the serpent's gaze". Then you unlock black market, where you can buy Bunny ears for free. Talk to her again and unlock part time job.

and are there any routes/quests or is it only stuff you get to see for a while when you lose?

Buy the sword from Anabelle by 3000 coins in Serpent Gaze to unlock this chapter

You should unlock the memories and try to complete it. Once it's done, you basically completed all the game EXCEPT the epilogue.
The epilogue contains 3 scenes for each girl ( 4 for Charlotte i believe ) + one scene with a special item + one scene at the crystal room.
When all that is done, gg you finished the game.
Losing to the sellswords in the inn chapter unlocks the quest "Special Training". Complete the quest to unlock the memory.
Personally catch Anabelle's eye at full HP: Have MC stand just outside the room with Annabelle in "The Serpent's Lair". Annabelle should make a comment on her next turn about the usefulness of corrupting the leader of the rebellion, then ask for you to wait a minute. Walk up to her and the scene occurs, charming the MC.
- Fail to present yourself to your Princess: In "Rose of Death", Charlotte will occasionally demand that someone present themself, not make her get up, etc. If someone stands in front of the throne without attacking, she is placated, and the rest of the party can attack as normal that turn. However, if anyone steps into range and/or attacks BEFORE someone stands in front of the throne, this scene occurs.

- For Annabelle you need at least 1 squadmate with you (green unit not count)
- For Charlotte it has to be after her "Death Bloom"
I see sometimes Charlotte will always "survive" while being attacked. I used to let Eva solo her but she still survives even after tens of turns pass by. Is the "present yourself" event related to this phenomena?
