Nope, it was released back in November 2019 on Newgrounds. Over 1 month, still no update, but creator promised v0.02 long ago. He also lost some patrons because of slow development ^^ Just sayin'

The Dev. works fulltime and works on the game in his free time. It's been about a month and a half since initial release of v0.01. So maybe cut him some slack...Besides, v0.02 is due to be released Sunday, January 5th at around 9 PM PST.
Here's an excerpt from his Patreon explaining his release schedule:

It’s been almost a month since Hellscape first launched, and I’m sure a lot of you are wondering when you can expect to see Version 0.02. The short answer is I’m not entirely sure. I know a lot of other adult games on Patreon shoot for a monthly release schedule, but since I’m currently developing Hellscape on my own (and working a full-time job alongside it), it isn’t feasible for me to produce a full version month. I want every release of the game to have a decent amount of content, so at the moment, I’m aiming to release a new version every two to three months. "

EDIT: My apologies...it's just the 1st Demo that's been released...v0.02 could be a month or two away...sure it'll be well worth the wait though.

SP/MP = Spell Points/Magic Points or Mana Points? I seem to remember the usage of SP during the tutorial, but later in the game only MP is used.

there is many game where u have choice and can play female characters without being a slut or sex slave or something else. Its depends from ur taste, in some case u right and main heroine of game is already slutty hole, so if u hate this type of character u can just dont play the game )

Straight up, this is one of the most impressive indie porn games I think I've ever seen. The art and 2D animation is just amazing, reminding me of The Banner Saga (although the 3D character models are slightly less so, although still good), the soundtrack is surprisingly good, and I really like Izobel as a character, even though I've only played for a few minutes- she's just so cheerfully, unashamedly slutty without needing to be a stupid bimbo. But what really sells it for me is the combat system, specifically the seduction system. In most "porn RPGs" the porn and the RPG tend to be very loosely integrated- either all the sex happens outside of combat, or if there is sexual combat it either completely replaces normal combat (in settings where "sex fighting" has completely supplanted normal combat e.g Monster Girl Dreams), provides an either/or alternative to regular combat (letting you use sex attacks to deplete an enemy's resistance instead of normal attacks to deplete their HP e.g Corruption of Champions), or they're just special moves that apply status conditions. In this game, the player character is a succubus, so using her sexual powers to take control of enemies and have them fight for you or fuck them to restore your MP in the field is a core element of the gameplay, rather than a token addition. A lot of thought has gone into the system (as well as other clever details like being able to draw power from elemental sources to improve your spells e.g standing next to a campfire to enhance your fireball) and I'm very impressed, because it really makes the game stand out even more than its already impressive aesthetics do. Even if it's only an 0.1 release, this looks like could be my #1 game to keep an eye on. Might even sign up to the Patreon.

I think its better if we have a Male Protagonist, every time a game that have female protagonist someone is runting and complaining, so maybe devs should focus on making male prota instead of female, so the fans will not be dissapointed

Yes, someone is already complaining about this

Dev should develop their game. Runting, complaining and whining is already there regardless of which path their going. The difficult part is to evaluate and analyse each opinion to separate the wheat from the chaff.

If all devs would listen to their players or supporter I think we would have more junk, less diversity, a lot of less jewels of adult games (polished one or unpolished ones) and even more complains. But this is also only my two cents.

And my usual wise word for those who are complaining and want this game to be different, not every game is for your taste, so either change your taste or look elsewhere.

As said before if you don't like it game other game !
Whether male or female hero is up to the playmaker and I think what it is now is great.

This game is looking great! Love the art style of the game! The 3d models work very well in a 2d Isometric setting, reminds me a lot of Baldurs gate and similar isometric rpgs.
This game already has a lot more quality than most NSFW games.

Hmm, this looks like it's rather different from most other games here gameplay-wise, and themes look to be right up my alley. Definitely gonna give it a spin.

Also, come on, why is there always whiners complaining about female protagonists in Every. Single. Game. That has them? I don't go around in every gay game thread complaining that the game makes you play a gay man, and there definitely is no shortage of male-protag games on the site (there's about a THOUSAND of them).
