NTR has nothing to do with relationship status. What matters is if a love interest was stolen. If MC feels jealousy or otherwise bad about the girl being with others, it's NTR.

On F95 the NTR tag is for netorare and some netorase, but not netori. If MC wants a girl and finds out she's screwing another guy... it's NTR, whether they're in a relationship or not.

Damn, this is super lame. The game already has plenty of hypersexual characters who seems to be able to rival Riley Reid in bed. I hoped sisters will be presented as a bit more inexperienced and reserved for contrast purposes. But if she can easily take a throatpie like that then it feels like every girl is a pornstar in bed from the get go, without any variety or contrast. Boring stuff.

I guess since this is inceton game now this is to be expected. All women in their games feel the same when it comes to sex.

Game is very odd... Game starts off with no way to access the menu and save for the prologue... Also, it is clearly an incest story and the sisters and mother don't even act like sisters or a mom at all; they all treat you like a piece of meat that they want to fuck with no buildup.

This game is made by Inceton.. i think that explains it all..

Did any of you consider that the game is not made by Inceton but maybe the 2 studios had a close collaboration and helped each other out?

That is cute to think, but no. Or then Inceton is very, very open handed to be paying xRed's legal fees with the DMCA claims for Onsist under the name of his own company, because xRed's Patreon support alone can't cut the costs for that. So as much as you want to believe that these are two different studios, the reality is they are not. Evidence is bulletproof for that.

So why does every DMCA strike for all of these games link only to Inceton and his websites, but there isn't a single mention of xRed or his websites in them? You can't legally make a DMCA claim on behalf of the content you have no copyrights to. So Inceton has to have copyrights to Red Falls and Lewd Island so that he can make a DMCA claim to them. You think xRed just gave away his copyrights to Inceton so he could protect his games from minor piracy under the name of Inceton and his company? Doubt that. And Inceton is the only dev who is making these DMCA claims, so xRed would need to be really close friend/family member to copy the same thing that Inceton is doing if he wouldn't be the same dude.

How do you explain this picture by the way? Is this also just helping each other out, when Inceton has portrayed to be xRed in Steam before the separate profile for xRedGames was created for Steam?

Well you are wrong. Inceton doesn't have to have copyright of those game a signed document from xRed giving them permission to enact this is enough.

If this would be the case, then why is everything linked only to Inceton, and there is absolutely no mention about xRed. If xRed would had only just given them permission to enact with the DMCA claim, Inceton would still have to mention the original source, that being one of xRed's sites, to be able to legally make DMCA claims behalf of xRed as Inceton still wouldn't have any copyrights to the games so he couldn't link them to his own pages like he is doing now. Like said, now those DMCA claims however only have connections to the Inceton's pages, and not a single mention of xRed's pages anywhere.

The picture bellow is also easily explained. You can give permission on steamworks to other dev's to help you with testing of the game and editing steamworks settings.

This is true, but however this is not the case here. Because if you now go to Inceton games Steam profile and click it, it now says "this user has no known aliases". Huh, how bizarre is it that he had alias known as "xRed Dev" in August 11th and forward in there, but after it was revealed here alongside with the screenshot, he has now removed that known alias from his Steam profile. He had no problems with having that alias in his Steam profile until he got exposed here, and only then he got some odd kind of need to remove it from there. Coincidence? No, that is called being caught in 4K and red handed. If he wouldn't be, he wouldn't have any reason to try to change and hide all this evidence that has been brought up in here for the last month and a half. He could just explain it the same way you tried to explain and be done with the case, but instead he just decides to stay silent when asked about it and avoid answering to any of them, which he would have no reason to do if the situation would be the one that you have described here. He was a smart one with this one because he got away with it so long without anyone really noticing, but unfortunately he just happened to underestimate the "stupid pirates" on this forum once he started to make those DMCA claims at the beginning of this year.
