Gents, got a problem. Suddenly I started loosing 0.01 of Happiness every hour and also I am being charged $100 every morning. What gives? Is it connected to a quest?

Private detectives charge by the day, and I think that's part of why you're losing happiness, when someones following you aren't exactly happy about it.

There's a Carl Walker bug which I see in this thread has been an issue since last year.
If you do the detective investigation for him. Then the detective will always play out his investigation event for Walker only and you can't have him investigate any of the other staff.
Can't see if there is a workaround for this though, I'm already past the point where I had investigated him with a few staff still remaining.

But they aren't sex-crazed, if I use the Hypno I have all the sex options unlock but by relationship they won't even strip

hypno does not raise loyalty unless the thing you raise deals with loyalty specifically. Here's a trick, see if you can ask them on a date. if so, save it and see what they say. if they say 'they are busy', try asking them 2 more times then reload rinse and repeat until they except. spend the entire day having them drink wine, beer, and watch porn. f the s out of them all day long and there's your loyalty buff

The convo system sucks dude, I've tried that in the first place but I was getting always everything wrong I didn't get nothing right and I try to search for a walkthrough but NO FUCKING ONE tell you what to pick for them.

I love how ready to help you people are but damn, if you want to help someone just go all the way. like when I didn't know from where to get the Hypno book everyone was like: "It's in the detective office" and I as a new player I start searching in school, lockpick in the police station, in the house of the PTA detective girl and i did this for hours before asking again and someone told me it's in downtown after 8 am.

With the convo system is the same thing, i know i have to use it and understand it but how? it use words i never seen i mean c'mon when you heard someone being like "Oh, you are so chirpy" "wow Felicia never thought you will be so brazen"

Does someone have a walkthrough with those things? like:
Carl Walker - Brazen, give him Razers and etc
Jenny Coppers - Athlete body, give her condoms

I never use walkthroughs unless its a must have to get the content to unlock.
Trial and error is how I play and after trying different convo's you should start seeing what you need to do for all the NPC's.
This game is design for very long time play and not a short fap to game. (Several months of playing this game and I still did not finish all content.)
When you play a sandbox game you need to go to each map icon every hour and you will see what is there.
Coming here and asking for help is okay but if you want a step by step walkthrough you are not going to get it for this game because it can be played in many different ways.
I have never used razer's or condoms or any other items but for the onese and dildo's that I drop all over the place.

don't ignore the school, students, or your staff.... treat monday through friday as an 8hr work day and don't leave school except for stuff like hypnotism with the detective and item upkeep

1. where the hell is Basement? Bondage Club is passed in PTA meeting and I can't find it anywhere... (Bondage Club is active in Club list) When I played HHS+ ~2 years ago it was in the School Field near Cafeteria).
2. How to progres Carmen corruption? I had 1 event in class with male student and many events in Sports field (taken foto, ~7x times helped, ~5 times looking other way, 2x grabbing her ass ending it with slapping and -10 rep).

1. You have to buy the basement if you haven't already. Look in 'school expansion' like where you buy the speakers/wall. If you already bought it, I'm pretty sure it in the area next to "behind school" or next to the cafeteria, go to that area and check behind school if it's not on that screen.

2. Follow the guide I posted a few times/will post again in a few seconds, it has the steps for most quests and should be there, though I'll note that Carmen's quest is really in-depth compared to characters like Beth so I almost never hire her unless I specifically want to see her content.

"Chat / Interests / Hobbies - Ask 5 times and never again. (-5 Relationship if you ask 6+ times)"
That was another thing I kept spamming without knowing it has downsides

This game really needs 2 thing
1. A decent walkthrough that teaches you the basics
2. An informer when your NPCs lose stats.

I'm trying but I can't play it in any way because of too many systems implemented, I want to finish all the content how it's supposed to but Loyalty it stays in my way if I want loyalty I have to talk/flirt with them to do that i need information about them for information i need relation with them to build relationships with them I need informations(ANd here is the problem with the conv system) about them. it's all connected in a very bad system and makes it unplayable

About the mods&Cheats, doesn't they ruin your game? I mean not the experience it's literally broke your game?

exactly!! just think a little before you make a decision in the game. i deal in love and let the school and students currupt themselves. most of my npcs in the game are futa or female cuz of the mad scientist event

Once you have given them all the gifts they ask for you should be able to get there phone number and just start calling them every day many times a day.
((After the second gift start asking them for there phone number.))

I've tried that already dude, with calling and everything they all hate me because of the drugs and Hypno and keep asking about their hobbies, I did that thing with save before but it's quite annoying because it takes a while to load.

For the PTA Detective, i asked her what's her hobbies and she says "I'm not interested in nothing" so i talk about politics and she replied with looking embarrassed for myself, the anything part about this it is that idk if that's a good thing or not because after hundreds of trying with different NPCs as well the only 2 texts I got is that with embarrassed and "That's not me but thank you"
See how broke this is? with 0 indications from the game idk if i did something right or wrong. (The big one doesn't contain that stuff as well trust me, I checked. that's how i learn that everything i was doing got my NPCs loyalty/relation lower)

The game is really fun and i enjoy it but man... it's described very wrong, I think I'm gonna deleted for now and wait for V1.9.6 hoping for a more decent conversation system.

And I need to leave a true review of what people really get in

You have to build the 'back room' of the Lab for the Chem Book; IIRC you need to do that and Your Basement ("Misappropriating Funds") before Coppers gets in your grille.
