No, there's "Theoretical Sex Ed" and "Practical Sex Ed" unlocked through the PTA; I think you need the latter to eventually unlock the BU.

No Sex Ed is its own class and will not show up until you get the PTA to agree to the class.
Sam needs to be in the computer class and once the PTA agrees to sex ed have her teach that to.

None of those have showed up for me and i have no more stuff that i can unlock on the PTA. Do i need to complete a certain character's story line for it? Sorry if i'm annoying you with the questions but it's really frustrating getting stuck after so many hours playing this game lol!

But i have seen her in almost every single meeting... You know what, it's ok. I'm just gonna give up lol, thank you for the help but since i can't seem to progress i'll just call it quits here.
we really need a list for what does what, this unlocks that, don't do this or you get lock out of that. so on and so on.

debug mode in the lower right corner and type in add and it will bring up all the cheats that have add in them.

Were in the process of an update now doing bug fixes and such in a beta version of the next update.
When this version comes out you will need to start a brand new game because a lot of changes behind the game has been updated.
v1.9.5 has been updated with a lot of fixes over the last 2 years with the last update about 3-4 months ago with sp7.

is there a good way to arrange which teachers teach what and what classes go where in the time table cause I am to lazy to go through and make sure each class has a teacher at the same time

There is the auto option for the class schedule and I use it when I play.
You might need to redo some of the classes like making sure that Sam is in the computer class and so on.
If your just starting a new game then choose 2 of the most green ones for each teacher then use the auto option to set the classes for the time being.

You make them in the lab, you must first get the Chemistry Classroom then the lab becomes available to buy.

Theoretical sex education is one of the first options offered at the PTA meetings, and you can even get it approved without corrupting anyone yet. So either you already got it approved and forgot (in which case make sure to enable it as a teaching option then put it in schedules) or you have a weird bug. As others have mentioned TSE --> PSE --> Bondage class & uniform so without TSE and the random events that come with it, no bondage.

So let's see... I'll be sharing some screenshots since i swear this must be a bug. Let me also clarify that i have not attempted to use any sort of cheats nor tweak with anything, i don't understand that stuff so i always play the game normally.
Screenshot one: As you see, i have the option of bound student model enabled, so at least i have been able to unlock *some* sort of bondage content. But this is for the anatomy class, which i have been told is not the same as sex ed.
Screenshot two: These are all the classes i have available right now. I have purchased everything minus the music classroom and the art classroom.
Screenshot three: Again, just to be sure, these are ALL the classes i have available.
Screenshot four: The bondage club is also enabled. So again, i have access to some bondage content but i have yet to see the option for sex ed to show up.
I don't see no other options show up so... I'm truly lost, either this is a bug or there's something obvious i'm missing. Where do i enable it as a teaching option then? I'm lost.
