That would work for the paperdoll assets, but a template won't help for the art in the background, which is taken from the internet and that is the problem. It would be a massive undertaking because it would mean having to commission new art on a massive scale. Not only that, but art commissions get real expensive real quick, especially on this scale. The developers, who are working on this entirely free, would have to use a ridiculous amount of money to commission either one artist or a whole bunch of artists to make new art, probably the latter with the sheer number of things to be replaced.

Oh yeah I agree with that. Those custom hentai scènes is alot of work.

Having trouble even now, so what scrumbles said is probably more accurate assuming they even CAN get it back (meaning they have the money to pay the fee and all the other factors needed to pay).

I think easiest would be implementing 2D/3D models with customization like in Kiss (e.g. for 2D CustomReido/MML series or for 3D from Custom(Order)Maid series) or Illusion (e.g. cartoonish Koikatsu or more real like HoneySelect2) games for Actors and scenes. But still, programming something like that (to look good) would cost money.

Not to mention all the posing, I've done work in the Illusion studio programs used to make renders for games, usually Renpy ones, and it is a ton of work, far more than the system already in game.

There will be when next version comes out. You can try if it works for current 1.10, but I'm not sure as it contains some new Op variants (they might be harmless though).
I've not tested it as it's a revamped file I used to use for testing, but it should work even if you already have one of them living with you - I've just revamped it to be story based.

Edit: There was an issue if neither had arrived beforehand - fixed in below version.

Iirc you have to buy a spycam from the electronic store in Shopping Mall, bring it with you in your office and install it.
Or is Sierra's event chain different? Without the wiki I'm lost.

I am in the dark as well. As far as I know, the forum (among other stuff) is hosted on Zythen's web space. I have no way of contacting him directly, so we will just need to wait until he notices the issue and fixes it.

The development repository is down as well. While we still have our local copies of the stuff, there is no way to push or pull updates right now.

I am confident that it will be back up eventually, though. If there was any issue of the project not being sustainable anymore for him, I believe Zythen would have let us known far enough in advance.

I like this game. A lot. But it is so frustrating everytime. I had to use the cheats debug, because farming the corruption, lust, etc., AND THE MONEY is tiring and slow. I think that there could be more and better hints to advance the game. Sometimes doesnt even look like a porn game. And I hate the errors, I dont know when it is a wait error, or i have to close and restart the game. Besides, this game has made me play hours and i havent finish, at all. I have a lot of PTA to "convince" xd
I think there is a lot to improve, but I will look the game closely.

This could take months. Remember when we ran out of attachment space? He had notifications to guard against that, but those failed and I had to e-mail him (and that e-mail is now defunct, of course).

I do hope that he checks that the forums are okay more frequently than he logs in.

He could have had an accident or a sudden health problem, or something else which took his mind completely off HHS. I dearly hope not, but that's why you want at least one person with a backup link to the host.

Open the debugger and go to debug events. Enable "Ignore Static Events" and "Disable Multithreading".
At the very least, this helped with most of my freezes. For good measure, I also enable "Show Event Name" so I'll know what event is causing the chug.
Also, the code is very very spaghetti-like. That can cause issues as well.

And i think the probability of success in chemistry is so low, even with 100 of skill and save-loading, I fail creating the concentrated drugs. I only could did it 2 times (I think that is the cause my reputation is decreasing. The town isnt corrupt enough, but i cant do anything)

At the bottom of the debug window there's a text input, you can type stuff like ADD Reputation 100 in there. I think chemistry was designed to reward not cheating. The probabilities of everything (Mad Science included) rise as you do them (even if you fail I think). So reloading the save doesn't progress your RNG, and cheating skill gives you less chances to increase it by research etc.

Since you're here, I didn't realize you were or I would have asked sooner, do any of these conflict with Lexville (especially the ones that can be used on existing games)? I use that mod on most saves plus I would not want to overwrite Lexville changes for new games.

I don't directly support Lexville, nor do I really remember the logic of the 1.9.5 ones as they've been partially remade twice now. I do try to not mess with existing game files where possible for better compatibility.

Though 1.9.5 didn't have the modding framework - so you'd likely need to run a Notepad++ replace on \NormalSchool\ to... uh... \ModSchool\ ?
Only the New Game ones are big enough to touch some logic files like sleep and sex. Event\Locations\ folders would also have to be renamed to match Lexville ones.

Hopefully in 1.10 Lexville will not do pointless filename/folder changes that aren't mentioned anywhere, so it's not a pain to do compatibility for it.

already had that installed long before the chain even started. one of the guides here said to wait a few days and it should autotrigger in the office but so far, nothing's happened. And yeah, not having the wiki is a pain
