I'm not sure if this will fix it exactly, but the OP is not currently up to date in terms of downloads. While actual version updates are... not given an ETA... there has been plenty of patches/bugfix patches to deal with any errors people find. A lot of the bugs found are due to people playing the game in ways that apparently most others wouldn't play as (recent bug fixes were dildos not satisfying women and penis reducer instead reduced breasts), but in the OP it says that the latest patch bundle is SP4... it's up to SP7 now on their forum here:

RJP if you downloaded from here recently then you probably have the "behind the school" patch I was thinking of then. Looking at the error you linked seems to be talking about skipping class (where a student is reading in the back before you find them), and something about the mind control device which I'm unsure why that is being mentioned. Have you gotten the mind control device yet?

Yeah a downloaded here recently, and i dont find yet the control device, this error happened on first week.

The zip file below fixes a bug reported by aevojoey: In general sex, no images shown for Female PC using dildo Adult Female NPC.
Also fixes some oddities in the outcome of dildo sex recieved by the PC

SP7 us only needed if you have not downloaded the game lately because the one in the OP is already updated to SP7.

TCMS Updated the game with SP7 on " Thread Update: 2020-05-14" and if you downloaded before that date then yes you need SP7 and if you downloaded after that date then you don't need SP7. Game was reverted back because players were still adding in other patches that was breaking the game.

Considering the latest updates are focussed on cleaning the base game, I am assuming the Lexville would probably be incompatible with the current build. Any other mods that are worth looking into? All mods are on the site and it depends on what you are looking for.
I think Lexville is updated for SP7 already but will go check.

ADD: Yes Lexville is good to go with SP7 but you must restart your game once you get your game updated to SP7 or download the updated version on here.

Edit: As for what I am looking for, anything that makes the game more lewd really (new scenes/skimpier clothes, etc), not into pregnancy though.

All I can say is look at HHS site and see if anything there works for you.

As for skimpier clothes comes in time you just need to play and you can get everyone including the town to walk around naked if you play long enough, the school can get there faster since you spend a lot of time there.

Well... I wouldn't call them updates. Since 1.95 which came out almost two years ago it's mostly just bugfixes. As Shilo said, they are basically reworking the base game, cleaning it up, making strong foundations so when they do start adding stuff game won't break (it used to do that a lot).

sorry but this game terribly sounds and looks like worse version of 'the headmaster'. No animated scenes and overly complicated gameplay. Why would anyone bother with his when there is a 100x better game on the same category?

Like asking why would anyone ever bother to play the original Doom when you have Call of Duty available. With the exception of this game having more content and things you can do. Yes, a lot of it is in text and they reuse images, yet it IS the definition of Sandbox. Also, you choose your character's gender.
