To many were not getting the info correctly and the mods went back to the last release and all players must install the SP themselves now.

for the game to actually run you need the service pack. update 43 and 44 only fix one bug each.my bad..
43 fixes a bug where you use a penis reducer drug but it reduces the breast size instead.
update 44 fixes the problem where a female player can't orgasm from a vibrator.
update 43 can be applied like the service pack (or just call it update 42...for the sake of sanity xD). place the zipfile to the game foldeer where the exe is and unzip. overwrite everything. done
update 44 however is lil bitch for newbies to install. go to your game folder and follow the following folders:
Schools\NormalSchool\Events\FunctionLibrary\GetPhysical\SetEffectSubs
that's where you gotta put update 44 in which comes in form of a .xml file called usedildo_effects. overwrite that file, done.
alternatively oyu can search your game folder after that name and apply the patch that way. but i assume not everyone here has the new win 10 feature nor is confident enough to use that feature xD.
if you want to i can upload ya the game with all current fixes alr installed + the pregnancy mod (that can be disabled/enabled by using a pack of condoms).

There is very little guro and it can be avoidable and I have not seen any scat or if it is even in the game.
" Voyeurism" is in the game because some of the minor quest has it but it can be avoidable in that don't watch when it comes up.

I member before, with a pool build in the school, many events happened before when you visit the place during a class. But this time i rarely see anything. This may have some influence about my mc arousal options? For example, the swinsuit is standard marked, but i deselected. Can this mean that the more options checked from arousals, the bigger the events that happen?

You lose if your reputation drops to 0 (not much of an issue before you get heavily into corrupting the school), if you ran out of money (money is tight in this game, but you shouldn't have negative income so just not buying will help).
Some event choises obviously block alternative routes and limit your options, but I can't think of a core gameplay mechanic that can be locked away by bad choises.
