If you have the acceptable amount, try redoing it again and again. Most of the time thats the only thing I do and it works. I think thats patreon transaction problem
News every week on my Patreon for 1$ a month + you get access to the already released 1st version (not quite a demo yet, but hours of content already)! Yes, shameless plug-in, I know, but if you're really interested in following the development of the game, it's the best way to do it.
Anyway, I've been mainly focused on the story as of late. I'm working on the game every single day, weekend included, but everything takes a lot more time, mainly because I need to keep up the same quality as I showed so far for HC3 (maps, attention to details, new features, etc...).
I'm nearing the end of the story part, maybe 1-2 weeks and I should be entirely done with it. The good thing is that I test everything as I go, so I won't be left with a huge mess of buggy, untested and full-of-typos content afterwards. After that, I'll have a ton of small things to do, mainly to do with polishing the game. they range from adding different glasses on top of tables depending on who's sitting there, to implementing the new magic ball system that will let the player know if there are any freeroam events going on when interacted with. This demo being one of the most crucial ones for HC3, I'm not rushing it.

Btw, I want to apologize to everyone on here for not being as active on F95 as of late. I'm still here everyday, and I see the comments, but if it isn't something that requires an urgent answer, I tend to skip it so I can focus on HC3's development instead.

Unfortunaley few survive to tell the tale, so noone knows for sure.
I can assure you he's not in my basement, otherwise I would have forced him to finish one of the 3 projects he started after NTRPG2, but never continued. Yes, I'm still salty over that.
You thought the HC series was built on passion? Nah, it's 100% powered by pure, unfiltered frustration.

I too still long for the day of NTRPG's return.
The sad part is this is not unusual for H-creators, to just up and disappear and never let you know if they gave up or died.
I'd rather artist say they quit rather than just disappear without saying a word.

How can I fix that? I don't feel like replaying everything to complete all side quests as skipping the animations isn't possible and speeding them up does minimal difference.

Well, Hanataka has been relatively unstable as a creator ever since NTRPG2. After giving up on NTRPG3 + another project after that, he posted another message saying that, basically, he thought nothing was good about his games but the sex scenes. Then, he announced NTRPG4 and disappeared. He probably lost all motivation once again.
Well, the True Endings are meant to be bittersweet. And sometimes, bittersweet hits even harder than tragedy.
If you have done all previous side quests for her questline, did you check the walkthrough? Worst case scenario, you could use the saves inside the game files. The closest to where you are is one right before choosing the endings, so you'll just have to replay through the happy ending.

Honestly not much of a hot take HC feels like a more fleshed out version of ntrpg, while I’m not a big fan of the longer form of HC in that it takes a while to build up it feels somewhat more rewarding, doesn’t feel like a porn game with a story but more like an rpg with porn.

Yeah the payoff is huge.
Although I still remember being shocked from ntrpg 2, where the ntr just goes from 0 to 100. It was just so unexpected (usually you have the classic groping, hj, bj, thighjob, vaginal, anal... where 1 leads to the next one).
The way you just woke up and it was already all done... there is something unique and great about that.
