Yep, the Big Ass/Big Tits tags a lot of the time put me off games, there's not many games i play with big tittied women in it, they need to be really good looking women/titties and not overly big for me to even bother, lolI think that there are too many games with big boobs and big hips. I think slimmer is better but to each their own

I read about Patreon now also censoring body types/features some time ago - I think it actually was when it first came up with the Penny Conspiracy, and it always bugs me.
Censoring content like incest I can understand logically, even how half-assed they do that I can live with considering they didn't initiate any of this and unless you forbid everything, it can be a grad walk (sounds funny, but DeepL says this is correct?).
But censoring body types/features totally present IRL, especially if they actually check the content and it's not some 'she's 12, but she is 18 obviously' thing ...
What's next? Censor because people get taller and they don't reach the 1,70m / 5"6' threshold? Something even more sexist or even racist?
I'm pretty sure, they just do what they feel they have to do to not lose PayPal, but shunning/censoring perfectly fine adult body types? Doesn't sit well with me.
Maybe it's all a conspiracy to convert us to big tits/asses?

Normally I hate grind, and only tolerate it if there is a WT right there, but when I stumbled upon 'Shag the Hag', I just played on and suddenly it wasn't evening anymore, but morning. Can't remember anymore if I finished it in one sitting, but probably not.^^ All because the story/storytelling and characters were so engaging. And it only got better from there onwards. I have yet to see a single time where I even frown about something. So - keep doing what you do!

There could be legal reasons. For example, In Canada just having a loli-like image (I mean a drawing or 3d art, not even IRL image) can get you into serious legal trouble. and the "Loli-like" definition is at the discretion of the persecution. Does not matter whether the creator defines DMD's girls as 18+ if the persecutor can decide that they look far too young to be that age. I suspect it is like that. Therefore I said, if looking at the actual content makes it clear this is a real adult. I mean - context should matter. IRL, if you look too young, you get asked to show your id, and then it's ok. You can't ask for that here obviously, but you can (and Patreon seems to do that) take a closer look at the content, and if a person is clearly depicted as adult, they should be seen/treated as adult.
You can also take pictures of people out of context IRL, doesn't make it illegal though as you can verify they are adults.
Sure, it is more difficult with VNs, and that is most likely the big thing, no one wants to invest the time/work in something like adult content ...
yah, i tried fighting patreon. i sent them renders which showed the characters side by side and their height differences which show the characters aren't "children" but patreon still demanded i give them larger boobs.

The topic is pretty complex too.
I was pretty surprised some years back when I actually still flipped through TV channels on occasion and happened to see an episode of CriminalMinds or some similar show that handled a police unit investigating abuse and such crimes.
The episode was about a shorter woman who was on the petite side (but not overly so, also no dwarfism) and had a really young-looking face.
She came up in the investigation of another case I think and their first assumption was her to be a minor and her friend to be a pedophile.
Despite the series taking up the topic which I found very positive, if I remember correctly, it ended negatively in my mind, in that despite the couple still being together at the end, when the police finally let them go, the male investigator still wanted to arrest the man for being a pedophile, because what else could he be if he was in love with that woman, and while his female partner held him back because there was no legal reason, she too was of the opinion that the guy was weird/at the verge of being a pedophile.
They explained it with the investigators only ever seeing those kinds of people and abusive situations because that was what they investigated, but the transported message of the episode was heavily tainted by that which I didn't like.
Also, how the woman should be able to find love or start a family wasn't really discussed I think, the focus was more on how someone could be together with her.

yah, i sometimes read the same thing where someone says if you like small boobs you're obviously into kids.
society is all like "don't body shame peeps" and then body shames slim women and infantalizes them.
on some levels, i get it. but on others i don't. i mean, i don't even use a school setting or anything. yet, it's okay to have a school setting so long as big boobs. so dumb.
edit: i did for penny, but patreon wasn't complaining about penny. she has big boobs.

It also has to fit together. On a smaller frame, smaller boobs look bigger and just fit easier than on a much larger frame - at least for me. Similar with hips. A more petite body fits great with smaller hips. If the hips are like three-four times as wide as the rest of the body, something feels off.

One thing that tends to infantilize bodies is the head proportion: the bigger the head, the younger the character might look. That's why a lot of Patreon projects that have women with no boobs or hips at all are not reviewed.
Maybe this is what is triggering the Patreon police unconsciously, but their conscience is rigged by boobs and hips which are the parts that usually develop when growing up.

From what's been said, will probably be a while before this gets a next release, he has another game to finish first, and then it will be either this or his other game that will get worked on, so even then no guarantee it will be this, unfortunately.

i'm working on Shag the Hag 2 atm. I don't want to release another game unfinished, so am working to complete that ASAP.
then i'll go back to penny/android. i may have to do re-renders, though, as i've lost a lot of texture files i'd made for scenes/outfits/skin during a computer upgrade. it was for this reason i decided i won't release an unfinished game again, even though it means i don't get (m)any supporters.
