Personally, I like how it was done. The dream sequence sort of alludes to the possibility that the MC had been thinking (or fantasizing) about Evelyn, that lays the groundwork for a believeable storyline where MC pursue a sexual (or loving) relationship with Evelyn, whereas their relationship together had always been on 'best friend' (since childhood) level and platonic (in the office). But, that's just me because I am biased towards Evelyn

It already gets truncated into a scroll box, if you're that bothered about "noisy" text, why not make it so every post is in spoiler tags, then everything looks nice and tidy.
At what time did you go to work? The trick is to do an action even after the said time (9am) or until mc says it himself that he's late for work. I just playtested for confirmation. They all worked for me. Also her scenes will only trigger on day 1,3,6 or 9, so you don't have to go late on other days.
The femdom content is avoidable for only a single character that is the female boss, Kienna. You can read the previous 2 posts to know that there are only 4 scenes with her. Percentage wise I don't know how much is that.

Okay, when the time reaches close to 9, try using the skip timer to skip 5 minutes until he says "fuck, I'm late for work." Then go to work right away. Don't wait until it forces you to go to work automatically. IF doing all that triggered the 3rd and 4th scenes for you, then I think I know the problem.
I can see the logic behind that and it is believable or realistic in my opinions. (Non-habitual) Tardiness (within a few minute) is usually not really a big (and excusable) offence in most corporate culture, repeated tardiness migh raise an eyebrow though. This tardiness lays the foundation for a 'punishment' from the boss
