You need to lose all your Intelligence while confronting her. As long as you still have Intelligence by the end of the encounter, you will just keep collecting negative traits.

Unfortunately there's no way to easily change the attack/lust/HP stats in the save file, so some grinding is still required. However, if you edit the save and set your stamina to 300 or above, beating the encounters becomes pretty easy - this way you can just do as many encounters as you like, gather potions, earn gold, increase your max lust and HP and then enter the castle with high stats.
Don't neglect the skill tree and use your experience points, unlock all skills for attack, lust and HP, stamina is a bonus if you have the extra points, don't bother with gold. You should be able to unlock most of the skill tree by day 13-14, which is when you wanna enter the castle.
Use all your gold in the city for lust/HP potions and a decent weapon. Ideally keep your corruption in check (<10), but just in case you're struggling with the last bosses in the castle, get 1 green and 1 orange potion as well.
If you know what you're doing then you could potentially complete the castle on your 1st run.
Or do 2-3 runs to get even higher stats from using the points that carry over. Use those on attack, increasing lust and HP.

Is the sissy club plot line a dead end? I mean, can you make use of its services in a "play to win" playthrough? If you overuse the church and they kidnap you, you can still make it out sane and continue to play. The end of the Club events leaves you with 0/1 max lust and makes you braindead shortly after if you don't find another gameover in the meantime.

Yes, sissy club is pretty much a guaranteed bad ending if you repeat the event multiple times (you can decline it the first time though).
It's possible to escape from the church, but you need to have a decent amount of money with you to begin with, otherwise you're screwed, if you can't pay them back.

Where the FUCK are saves stored? I've tried re-installing with a different filepath, searched my documents and localstorage for anything related to this and for the life of me I can't get the save to reset. This shit is basically unplayable in "normal" mode unless you want to grind for a few days and it's also un-cheatable without building a fucking cheat-engine table but you can't switch to whatever "easy" mode is if you've started the game without deleting the savefile it creates.

Why the fuck would a dev ever make a porn game this difficult to cheat at? Or this grindy? Do they not understand how this whole genre works?

EDIT: Found it, what a nightmare, it's in C:\Users\yourusernamehere\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\HeroCorruption2-1648729160
There's a syncing process, the saves are here, in a sync subfolder and in the game's directory as well so if you want to restart you need to delete the above folder and the saves in the game directory's game/saves subfolder. Still can't cheat though.

You can easily cheat with the online cheat editor

Copy auto save into the chest editor website adjust stats load play and then reupload the save again and itll show the minus on some of the stats edit to make sure the minius is removed copy and replace and job is done

However at this stage the content for the second one is alarmingly small

My dude what are on about, is this for the 2nd game? Loading any edited save in, even if you overwrite all three sync'd files, results in the game saying "malicious saves blah blah do you trust this", you click Yes and nothing happens. You can't load edited saves, it's the most un-cheatable game I've ever seen and I don't think the content is even worth fucking around for.

No need for any of the convoluted stuff you're talking about, m8. Maximize a fuck ton of attack, get like 22+ of it in stats, a good run where you get Hammer or another hard hitting weapon, and then have 200 + on both, lust points and health points, and finally, have your desires and corruption low, less than 5 corruption points before entering the castle, WITH at least 1 orange and green potion...

How do you do that?

Go to game's folder > renpy > common > 00console.rpy > edit with something like Notepad++ > change config.console = False into config.console = True.

Then open the game, shift+o to open the console and then go ham from there. The variables are super easy to find, I think points are just straight up "points", so you input something like points+=1000000 and you get 1000000 points to spend on your stats.
