Yeah I know what you mean. I'm mostly trying to stay impartial to the whole thing and see what happens next with the game's development, but a lot of other people both here and on the Patreon are just insanely triggered over this development. Hell, there's the post just above declaring the dev must be a cuck in real life. This is some real 0-60 in a few seconds flat stuff with some of the responses to this direction.
I don't even really fault the bit I read in this thread about the dev deleting some Patreon posts. I saw some of those posts and it was people parroting the same stuff over and over, not content with voicing their complaints but practically shoving them down his throat. I like the idea of building a harem, and I want to be able to do that in this, but admittedly the MC IS portrayed out the gate as a bit of an edgelord with no real attachment to the women at all.
I understand the dislike for the direction this took with the Ochako update, but it feels like there are far too many people either just going "Well this is dead to me now" or actually jumping the dev's ass over it even directly through his Patreon, all over one update without waiting to judge long term.
If anything, I'm hoping it's not THAT that negatively affects the game's development going forward at this point.
Doesn't mean you want to share or be forced into it utterly arbitrarily like what the dev decided to do in this case.
He did it with one character and could have written this sort of thing to be optional, if you think he's not going to force similar things on other girls then you're going to have a bad time.
Well, this game was a pleasant surprise! Quite interesting characters and the letters minigame was pretty chill and not annoying as i anticipated.

Exactly. He did it with just one character. All I'm saying is maybe he does more of the same, maybe he doesn't. I'll wait and see before I just label the game and move on, but if he does, then I'll move on and drop this like a hot potato. It just surprises me how immediate and harsh the backlash is.

I had to drop the game altogether. I dont like where its going and its really a shame cause i love the art. Someone else may like the change but im pulling my support
Had to do the same unfortunately, it had really good art, but cant really call it a harem game after that.

If your character has mind control powers why not use that to convince her that doing porn vids with you (ala onlyfans or some such) would make her money instead of having her whore herself out? got the poll results for you guys, when 0.6 comes up i will share it, HOWEVER if i get the fealing that other characters are going to be turned into the town bicycle than i am going to bail out, like i mentioned before if ntr is NOT OPTIONAL (idk why it wasn't implemented that way since a chice system is already implemented in the game) than i ussualy bail on thous games, so this is just a heads up for you guys in case some1 else will be "the hero"
