There's the MC's mother, sister, and aunt in the game, but there's no H content with the sister yet and little with the Aunt. Not sure about the mother.
Honestly, this is one game that I find the lack of said patch doesn't affect things too terribly much. A lot of games set up to have the potential for it, when you take it out, seem awkward. Things are off about the character interactions, or the way they talk to each other, or the things they call one another. The fact that that doesn't happen with this game is another thing I find makes it such a good one.

Similar idea to Champion of Realms and Corrupted Kingdoms (minus the mind control). Dude gets involved with wider world of magical realms and mythical girls. Go and interact with the girls in a sandboxy way, etc. Developer is super active on here and is excited about the game so I think its a safe one to follow.
Not Koikatsu but two similar games (light hearted sandbox games with mythical girls) I recommend are:

You are the best. A house on the rift is the most advanced porn game in renpy i ever have. Do you know a game like this with too many renders like a short video and sex scenes ? I think only game i played like this was mist.
