But that is good idea in my opinion. Compared on how the future content is gonna be, the prologue feels like it will need it, maybe after full chapter 1 to avoid more man-children's tears. Personally I got bored of koikatsu stock animations.

If you are going to flame someone, then you should at least read a couple of their posts. I have stated in the past that while I hope that the update comes out I'm not going to hold my breath while waiting. Sure, I'd like to see where the game goes but life happens and we don't always get what we'd like. Since you seem to just blindly jump to conclusions, welcome to the ignore list. Asshats such as yourself is why the ignore function was created.It's not like the asslickers don't stop being parasites either, they live praising someone who lies to them just to fill their ego while others continue supporting them just because they're in denial and don't want to acknowledge that the guy they are supporting has lied to them since years ago. So that they turn a blind eye, both those who complain and those who defend him are “parasites” if you're putting like that, so don't exclude yourself baby , Don't try to be the "best of us" and give such hypocritical thoughts XD
For clarification, this game at one time had the abandoned tag put on it but only because the development was going slowly. A special was released and the tag was removed.

ive played the entire game, read every word, and taken the time to actually enjoy the game. so here are some reasons I believe this game is a scam as well as why the game itself is just ok to bordering good, at least for a VN
-first off the update times. in the same time this game gets a single update, ive seen indie studios with less money make games with vastly more content. if its better or not is subjective.
-secondly the uses of other tools to create the game. lets get this out of the way, I would never call a good asset flip a scam(dark and darker for example) but when your entire game is using various tools that pull from premade assets and all you have to show after 2 years since the last major update is a few half baked holiday "events" and continue to say "next major update is coming soon" than yeah im starting to find it hard that this game isnt taking as long as possible to rake in money.
-Thirdly the lack of transparency. I do in fact support good games, im not just here to pirate everything. If a game/VN is more than just a sex scene viewer then I will back it. But for this VN where updates take years, than I think the supporters deserve at minimum weekly screenshots of the devs work. Indie devs do this all the time, why do we get 1-3 screenshots every 2-3 months followed by some lousy excuse like "ive been tired recently" as to why a single character model has taken 2 weeks when its using an engine full of premade assets which they pull from. After the models in this game quality? sure if youre into the anime type designs.
-lastly the hyper defensiveness of the dev himself. I get it, your work gets shit on and you dont know why at times and you feel people are unfair. But the lengths ive seen this lead dev go to defend their work is insane, its like 2 people on reddit fighting over whos more powerful in an anime. its unproductive, comes off as snarky at times, and overall just a bad look for the game. Its better to ignore the bait comments and only address the ones that show real concern, but this dev just does not and its very fishy.
for why the game itself is meh. The designs again are lacking creativity. theyre all the typical harem checkboxes we have seen thousands of times.
dialogue feels like im watching one of those "I got reincarnated and now im op with a harem." Just about every problem is solved by a simple solution that everyone could see coming, followed by what sometimes feels like a forced scene just so whoever has their dick in their hands doesnt go soft.
the trauma/ptsd shown is very repetitive. everyone has problems but why does everyone here border on mentally unfit to partake in normal society. with the exception of maybe the MCs sister and childhood friend. And when they do solve some of their trauma/ptsd its fixed way to fast to again give us a scene which could have worked better if only sightly reworked.
Events are just shit and only exist to pan for time as to why the next update is taking so long.
finally the "plot armor" god I feel like a loser saying that about a porn game but man is it real here. I would rather the story be drawn out more with some real showing of the characters growth as they get stronger, than the fast pacing it generally has.
Look maybe I just have hindsight, im sure its not easy to write a script for a game, but at some point, you got to realize plot improvements are needed, and even with the ones we have got, they still miss the main story bits that need to be tackled, and not just a bandaid fix.
if he didnt want people to pledge there wouldnt be an option to, thats just some good guy reverse psychology. And when youre making thousands a month and cant be there to show weekly progress, and take 2 years from 1 major update to the next and the next major update isnt even the full chapter of your game which is already on the shorter end for a VN of this size. Youre either scamming or not hiring efficient workers, and I doubt its the ladder berceuse this has been a constant story since the very first build released to the story
Chapter 1 contains not only hand-made custom animations but completely custom and own maps, completely unique clothes for every character, unique visual effects, and unique props like objects or weapons. In comparison with the prologue, which had pure assets taken from somewhere, as Yoda_Gaming-123456 said.
In short, it will look really, really different and unique from other Koikatsu games, in terms of content, and that's what I'm aiming for.
I will slowly rework the prologue between updates! But Chapter 1 is priority.

well some developers are slower than others in delivering content, but Komi has no transparency at all, he prefers to make excuses before reporting what is happening with the game, we are talking about the guy who says he doesn't want to hire other people because the design of the The images don't fit him... but he forgets that he can hire a programmer. As I said multiple times Komi only use excuses, at this point he doesn't even try to hide that he wants to take as much time as possible to release the update, and then he complains about the "milking", he was able to release all the content he had... there is no need to be a programmer to know that cutting things you already "made" takes more time than just pulling all the content available so far... at this point komi is just a compulsive liar so the game remains dead until we receive chapter 1 season 1 part 1 v1.1... so any image, sneak peek or "I'm working on it" means nothing now honestly
Oh komi, don't lie, we all know that the prologue revamp is the real priority now, such a good dev quality before promises XD
