Nobody wants that. They want the game to not take 4 years for a single update. They want him to not lie about progress being made. Clearly a lot of people love his work and are glad to pay to see it completed. The problem is that he wont complete it lol

Can confirm lol. Every few months when I make the rounds on a couple projects I see the same people here who have been whiteknighting for years now. And during all that time the main game received ZERO updates. If they aren't being paid for it, it's another scam by the dev, to be honest.

Mainly story writing, they cannot know what "official" story would've been like.

That's like the least problematic part that would be. Deciphering spaghetti code would be the far more difficult task, and usually better done from scratch.

No, I first played the game recently (my first post in this thread, 14th of march is when I finished) so I have not seen anything like that, 400 pages is way too much to go through, and frankly, most likely pointless to do.

Yeah, it was like 3 years ago and I think it was deleted after a day or two. For sure the download link won't work after this long anyway.
