Oh GTA will come out first for sure. Dude hasn't even hinted at a possible release date for the update. It's kind of crazy that this game will be 6 years old in december.
there are rumours of Half Life 3 undergoing massive testing these days. The joke is, that Valve could actually release HL3 before GTA 6 scoring a massive coup.

Taking a look at Komi's Discord Server and his To-Do Trello, Komi has for the past 5-6 years only finished three out of the 18 stuff he plans on doing before starting the 30-day countdown and publishing Part 1 of the Chapter 1. And out of those 15 stuff remaining, only 5 have reached 50% completion mark...
Updates to that To-Do Trello, although still happening with few being three days ago, are very small [about 10 minutes of playtime according to Komi himself] and come after 3-4 months of waiting.
Either this project will be scrapped once Komi decide that he milked enough money and moves on, or we will get that update but not before GTA 7 and Half-Life 4 come out....

It'll most likely get scrapped as soon as the sub numbers start dropping off. According to his trello, he hasn't touched this project in the past 2-3 months.
Never trust a dev that spends more time on social media than working on their project. These types used to be prolific in hacking forums, with lots of time spent on building up their leet coder image but nothing to show for it.

It's kinda sad to see people on his Discord server still believing that update is near...
For the 5th year anniversary, people actually thought that update was only days away...

The greatest grift of all time. Why people still give this dev money I'll never understand. They'd get more out of their money by using it to wipe their ass and flush it down the toilet.

Damn that sucks. It is kind of amazing that he still has so many supporters without releasing updates and having really bad communication,
People are just stupid. I used to support the dev long before the christmas patch came out. After 3 months of not hearing from him i stopped giving him money. Still like the game and will still want to play it but with how long chapter 1 been in development now. It should of been released so I doubt it will ever come out.

I still have a little hope that he will release chapter 1 at some point but it's hard to believe that this game will ever be finished. Game is almost 6 years old now.
Dont get me wrong I hope it will get released to but I'm not holding my breath
