Do research, either on the computer in the living room at home or (sub-optimal) at work. It's a straight-forward grind in the early game to pick up the stat boosters as early as possible, then you can mostly coast through the mid and late stages.

Work and research. Level of work is shown up top at all times. Work like a workaholic at home as much as possible.
Do not worry of loosing scenes, as interactions are connected to certain love+lust levels and work level only adds to that.

Go see the boss, maybe you missed some of that talk ...

That is a circular loop stoppage based on different gears in updating work and research. You need to keep talking to the boss about them weekend escapes ... sometimes a week or two need to pass. Usually, try to quit work at 5 and then look around for
Grace or around the map. If nothing, try to keep working every 2 hours and repeat.

Have the work level at max - 5 and wait for them in reception .. you need max stats with Grace btw.

Yes! Yes it is ... once you promise to promote her! Once you promote her! If you punish her! If you dominate her!
Again .. max stats are paramount !

For anyone who is using the patch and is hitting errors with Ida's scene when you take her for a walk in the park:

Open "IdaJogNight.rpy" and change lines 4-6 to the following:

image idawalksexania = Movie(play = "citypark/ani/idasexania.avi")
image idawalksexanib = Movie(play = "citypark/ani/idasexanib.avi")
image idawalksexanic = Movie(play = "citypark/ani/idasexanic.avi")

Then save and restart the game client. Error gone.

Yeah, no idea how to do any of that lol
