Setting framework for romance and fear endings? Does this mean the game might get finished at some point? 
Was a big fan of this a few years back, but after 4 years in Dev, a lot of these renders are looking long in the tooth.
I put this game along with Where the Heart is, as good games that have taken so long that most players have lost interest.
Still, best of luck Dev in completing your project. I know it has not been easy.

Not really much point to the condo yet as Angela and Bailey still stay at the old apartment. The only event at the condo is having sex with the broker.

This is undoubtedly my favourite game on here.
I would say they're quite different. WTHI is not an ambitious sandbox project with a lot of mechanics, it's just a VN you click and make choices on, I personally lost interest in that because the content got repetitive and kinda boring because there's not much more you can do with those variables, and the game forces you to go through a lot of content player is not interested in. A lot of characters left to explore, I would say people still have interest just don't feel confident the game will be finished.

It is, but player guidance is fairly decent compared to some. You're rarely left clicking around the map at random wondering how to trigger the next event.

My fucking God, the whole reason I stopped playing this has finally been addressed. The first quest, the very FIRST QUEST, the wife's addiction to alcohol is finally be worked on.

The MC should get a phone call automatically if you keep playing, after which the condo will be available on the map.
All it does is add one short dialogue event for now but still, at least it shows the quest is progressing and the opportunities tab has been updated (should cut down on the constant repetitive questions here as well).
