He frequently works at a furious pace for about 2-3 months then disappears for 6-8 months. Sometimes he gives explanations for why, sometimes he doesn’t and just continues as if there was never a break.

i dont think there is a way to complete Izumi's quest if you get promoted to 3 ether make a different way to complete the quest or have the work option show up during those quest if you go to far or working in the office should count the glasses one if there is more quest try to figure out a loophole
