As Darkhound has stated, he is the only creative person working on Holiday Island.
Those answers DuckSwim has given are based on what is most likely a Darkhound reply, but are slightly personal opinions of DuckSwim.

My personal view is anything is possible in the future, just depends on if it's something Darkhound wants to put in the game.
Also just because a few years ago Darkhound said no to something does not mean that he could not have had a change of mind and decide to put something in that he said no to originally.

So... anything is possible if Darkhound, the sole creator of Holiday Island, wants to add it.
We will have to wait and see... unless you have a crystal ball... lol.

Scope
The old tier 3 seems to be the scope, both candidates are from it. Also it would not make a lot of sense to convert others in terms of content (as the more content a girl already has the harder a conversion would be).

Our possible candidates are therefore : Delizia, Brenda, Ivy, Lacey, Renee.
Okay, Lets solve who are actual staff candidates,

Girls to consider
  • Brenda is not an obvious candidate. She has been kept as diversity girl since 2017 (confirmed multiple times) in the invite line up.
  • Ivy is being remade. That is a unique investment, it would not make any sense for a staff. You'd just convert her. So Ivy is not a candidate.
  • Lacey has had it hard as an invite girl. Staff would solve that and the conversion itself gives some job content on top. She is a likely candidate.
So our theory craft list is : Delizia, Lacey and Renee are staff candidates.

Honestly id be ok with Lacey full on becoming the Islands hostess of choice - shes a swimwear model by nature so a boobs and butt competition hostess should comfortably be in her wheelhouse. I know thats kind of Jennys thing the now but Jenny is already the go to photographer, gym trainer, outfitter and even poker master so im sure she can afford to step aside on at least that much responsibility to allow Lacey to shine lol.

Agree on the other two as well. Amy has had huge surge in popularity in reception to remodel in most cases, her pro fitness thing is already covered by Jenny so im not sure where she could fit in a staff member anyway and as you say all the work on her as of late clearly isnt with making her a staff member in mind. As for Brenda its not just diversity plane girl which makes her a shoe in to retain her old non staff status but as we both assume somewhat (and at least on my end fully promote) that after Renee that Lacey will become a full time resident via staff it also means that fans of smaller busts (though she certainly aint lacking front by a long shot lol) it really falls on her to be the algorithms go to hottie for those who choose the smallest breast option at the start of the game as Lacey if we are both right will no longer be eligible as the plane girl for obvious reasons.

Delizia as head nurse will replace Alice? At least in my game I always get Alice as head doctor. But when she will going out for the doctor exam will come back to island?

As I understand it, Currently whichever girl is in the doctor's office as nurse, changes on a weekly basis. Once Delizia is converted to staff, she will be the permanent Head Nurse. The only time that will change is when she leaves the island for something, like a test, education, etc. Those will be separate events and when she is off island, someone else (probably from the current roster of nurses) will take care of any nurse duties until she returns.

As I recall (but I am always distracted by SOMETHING) Alice talked about she wants to learn to be doctor or nurse, but that doesnt mean anything special...

Basically yes, with some additions:
  • At times, there can be two girls in the doctor's office (Delizia + one of the current girls)
  • Delizia does have one full day off and also 2 half days. During this time, someone else takes over.
    It's like that to still be able to fully use Delizia's existing scenes and events.
  • There can be times when no one is in the doctor's office (front area). Someone is always in the back though and the MC can call out and a nurse will appear.

I tend to agree. She's not in my favs (strictly my opinion). I sent her packing as soon as I got all of her achievements. Definitely more interesting girls in all of the tiers.

Sorry if this has been asked before.

Is it possible to implement a time checker in the different locations.
E.g. to check the time in the beach when time passes so you dont automatically trigger an event like the butt contest. That will mean that it is still possible to use the beach until the event takes place.
As it is now then I cant hang out with someone at the beach or pool before noon if there is an event at 3 pm.

But seriously thank you for a kick-ass game :)

Get the update to version 0.3.1.1 from my patreon page directly.
There shouldn't be any restrictions like you describe. There was a bug in 0.3.1.0 where appointments could be triggered too early or several times in a row. This has been fixed with 0.3.1.1.
If you still have this problem after you got the fix from my patreon, please upload a save file with this problem and I will have a look.
