I think light BDSM was okay? I remember seeing that a long time ago, but that might have been for another game? But yeah, I wouldn't expect much in that direction. Cunnilingus is already in(Yvette strength training), and while there's a not a lot their is some breast scenes that don't involve a dick between them.

No way, she has no trophies on my island and it worked. I'll list everything it could be, if these don't work either it's busted in .1.5.1(doubt it) or your game is broke.
-Have you done everything else she can do, including the normal weight lifting and then coming back later for a second set?
-Have you tried her different bikinis?
-Is your strength at ten? Is her strength at 100(it shouldn't be)
-Clamp training(you already said you did this)
If those aren't it maybe make sure you've gotten the new room? Lower her anger? I had no trouble getting the scene at all so no idea why you are having such a hard time with it.

@jikorde thanks once more for taking the time to look into this, it's becoming really frustrating but the help is appreciated!
I'll try to answer in order:
- every single item of Ivy's content is done, including the standard bench press scene, the easter egg at the reception and all the sexting;
- tried all the bikinis and every time slot during the day;
- my strength is currently 7, but I tried cheating it to 10 for testing, nothing (her STR is at her normal value of 10).
While I was writing this something else came to mind: is the scene actually triggerd by doing the training with her, or does it trigger randomly by entering the gym when she's there (in the same way as Alice's struggle on the bench does)? If the latter is true, it might just be a bit of bad luck and I'll have to do the back and forth method every 30 minutes to check it (hoping that the bikini doesn't matter, or the testing will take MUCH longer...)

Active training request. Can't remember if she was alone in the gym at the time or not, but as others have said all of her other training requests need to be fulfilled. It may have been the second or third time I asked her to do weight training. Sorry it was awhile ago.

You did the new room quest and the weight lift clamp quest with Jennifer if I recall.
I don't understand how you can be stuck with it.

I realize it requires people to put forth some effort to download the file and read it before asking the same tired questions over and over again. It looks like you cheated a lot to get the girls sub dermal implant readings right ? You don't have all the stats required for the sub derm missions. Anyway, maybe it messed up your game(save).
The only thing I noticed in "your" Ivy scene is a missing affection/lust check after you ask her if she wants you to remove some disc. In my game I got one them the "real strength scene".
