IIRC you need pretty high charm to pass the checks (besides the love and lust stats) and Amy also needs to be in her normal outfit, so no sexy or skimpy. Regarding swimsuit a requirement is always knowing their measurements.

I still got all 5 full in my inventory and it's not possible to give the doctor any gifts and it is the only way to earn game money right?

Have you tried talking to the Doctor? I 'Click' on her and 2 - 3 options pop up, one of them being, "Tell her you have some sperm samples for her."

No offense intend, but doesn't anybody read any more? As the developer has stated, the remaining bugs will be addressed in the next release sometime next week.

Save often and either 'Ignore' or 'Rollback' when they occur.

Is there any payoff to focusing on Alice? Her meters are maxed out and all I've gotten so far are a kiss, and various topless scenes from her. The pool scene ends with her telling me to swim my hard-on away. The kissing/hand on leg scene in the bar leads to an error. Is it supposed to end with intimacy? I already have Bug Fix 2 installed.

Buying Alice a drink doesn't lead to intimacy. You'll have better luck if you find her sunbathing on the beach or trapped under the weights in the gym.
