One upside of (relatively) longer update times is that they make replaying the game allover still interesting, rather than just playing the new content alone. At least for me, anyway, with a long enough pause I kinda wanna rediscover the game from scratch.

is anyone else running into the glitches where jessica is in the center of the page if you click on pole dance and says if only we had a place to do that and also how to get amy's fittness closs because jennifer asks for everything about her and I have that info and whenever I try and visit jenifeir it just prompt me to say just wnating to say hi?

You will need it to be able to see Jessica's Pole dance routine.
Amy's fitness clothes... you may already know Amy's stats from asking her or from an early hacking quest, but you will still need to ask Amy again for her measurements... try cathing Amy in her room of the evening to see if she has an option about the fitness clothes.
Also, the Companion Guide is a good source for answers to this and many other questions (Page 81 is about Amy's fitness clothes)

Hi guys and gals, this post offers you a collection of news about the next full version of Holiday Island (0.3.0 beta).
The change log below is based on the beta 0.2.3.0 release.
The next main release is 0.3.0 beta which will be a new full update for Windows, Linux and Mac. It will include a lot of new features and some bug fixes as well.
As of right now, the update from 0.2.3.0 to 0.3.0 has:

New features and content
- Yvette gets another appointment at the beach during sunset --> still working on it (might be postponed)
- Once back from the lab, the player will talk with Joy in her office (end of lab day 3) --> still working on it
- Mercedes picks up the player to bring him back to the "surface", leaving the lab (lab day 3) --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
- Daniela gets a workout event with the player, testing the strength of his legs and ankle (lab day3) --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
- Sara gets an event in the lab player room, where she talks about last night and teases the player (lab day 3 ) --> still working on it (renders are mostly done)
- Daniela gets an event where she takes another MRI of the player's ankle (lab day 3) --> still working on it (renders are done)

- Sara, the second new characters, gets a scene where she shows the MC to his room in the lab facility and you learn some more about her background --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Renée gets web search pictures themed "busty escorts" --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

- Desire gets a new arrival scene that replaces the old one --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Yvette's pole dance scene has been completely redone with high res images. It has two achievements now and is completely non generic --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Aly gets a random event in her room with three achievements, that involves different cosplays and some intimate actions --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- A new special action (pose butt) has been added for Amy, Alice and Jessica. More character will follow later --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Natasha gets a second arrival scene with a new "on the plane" story and some additional renders --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Natasha's arrival scene has been re-rendered in 2560x1440 and some new images have been added. The dialogue is now also completely different between the first and later arrival scenes --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Yvette gets a new scene when she's standing in her door wearing just a towel --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Alice gets and additional strength training appointment that is repeatable --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Alice's event where she's struggling with the weights at the gym has been completely remade. There is also an achievement now --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Alice will get an update for her strength training appointments. All images will be re-rendered in 2560x1440 webp format --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- You get the option to do a web search for a girl and theme, once you have obtained the information. Each web search theme is listed as an event in the girl's achievements --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- You get access to the girls' profile pages through your phone. That's the one with the about section and the four preview images on the right --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- The girls' phone preview picture can be changed directly from the new overview screen --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- You can remove the gap between the picture frames in the new player room now --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Image quality when special actions like groping etc. are shown on the phone has been improved --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- Natasha gets two new sexting and three new dream images --> will be part of 0.3.0.0
- The phone gets a new character overview screen with more information and direct (1 click) access to all girl related data and achievements --> will be part of 0.3.0.0

I can't find the post on patreons but I remember Darkhound asking his patrons which kind of updated they wanted, big update with small updates or a many small updates, the answer was big update with small ones in-between.
It wasn't planned to take that long. But covid got in the way of things and the content of the update is mainly in a new location. A secret underground lab. Due to the nature of this update, it could not be splitted into smaller parts.
You will see why when you play it.
