Sorry, no screenshot, but to clarify and avoid any confusion, the trophy appears when Desire arrives at the mat, not in the shower. Hope that helps.

When trying to run the game it keeps coming up with this -

Any ideas on how to fix?

Is this your first time installing and playing Holiday Island? If not, have you tried the 'Quick Fix' found on the opening page of this thread? There is also information about correctly installing and updating the game which can be found in the Companion Guide. Again linked on the opening page of this thread.
