I'm having a bug where mc phone is not working/not showing up, neither the girls show up in the game eventhough they are right there in place. Been reading but couldnt find any solution. anyone can help pls?

We need some more information before trying to offer a solution. Where are you in the game; what are you doing at the time? Do you mean the icon is not in the upper left of the screen?
Does your screen look something like this? If so just click on the small blue arrow pointing downward.

The icon and everything is fine, when i click the phone icon the phone doesnt show up, when i go to any specific location the girls models doesnt show up but i can interact with them. Been i while since i played this game, last time i did was 2021, i dont remember where in the game i was

Once you raise Amy's love is at 35, you will need to visit her in her room from 19:00 - 21:00hrs. She will request that you get her some workout clothes since all she has is a bikini. You will need to talk with Jennifer (did you forget she is the resident clothing designer?) Talk with Jennifer in the gym and she will show you a picture of a functional, yet sexy, outfit that alas, she can't make it until you get Amy's measurements. Back to visiting Amy in in her room same time as above to show her the picture. When you show Amy the picture, Amy will give you, her measurements. After you get Amy's measurements, go back to Jennifer and give her Amy's measurements. Nothing happens overnight, so it will take at least a couple days for Amy’s new outfit to be added to you shopping App. However, you must talk with the receptionist to get her to actually add the outfit to your App. You can only give Amy her new outfit when you visit her in her room around 19:00. She of course, will be thrilled and insist on modeling it for you. Then she will begin to text you with a schedule of private workouts

I'm getting this error when loading a save right before the second lab visit (ankle revision), I still can load a save from the night prior or I can choose ignore and the game continues where my save was.
This is what appears when I click "Ignore" in the error screen, from here i can continue
I cannot get the option for Aly to do weight lifting. is there something wrong?

Unfortunately I think the dev has added too many girls in the game, the side ones are fine, but the mains ones get shafted for a very long time before they get content (except Amy, good god idk why she gets so much content, i mean, she isnt bad, but i honestly dont see what makes her the apparent fan favorite, a lot better developed models are in the game imo.)
