I should be at the point that Amy should have knocked at my door told me about the implant removal but it hasn't happened and in-game months have passed as I've been in my room at the proper time. Anyone have any ideas? I even have more than 5 gold trophies ready to go just in case she shows up. I think my levels are correct. Is there something I can do or some debugging to push things along? Thanks!
It's a complex thing. Read about it in the guide available on page 1. Look under the heading 'HOW DO I COMPLETE THE QUEST TO RAISE AMY’S STATS?'.

More action for Amy?
After Yvette, Amy has the most activity of any girl on the island. Renee, despite her charms of many, is a 4th level girl. Going forward it is doubtful that she will get much more to act upon. Some upgrades perhaps but DH has explained previously that the tier system he has developed (with user input) will follow a plan for activities of the girls. Each player has their own favs (a key element for me personally), but the amount of time going into game development has it's limits on the girls' roles. Renee is actually one of a few that you don't have intercourse with (Lacey, Aly, Yumiko, Mercedes, & Sara the others but they have their fun games).
Anyone here with a complete save file? Lost mine and I don't want to start it all over from scratch

Well, I would say wait until the new update comes out and start again if you have lost your save file.
You will get to see all the old and new content at the same time.
Also, make sure in the future you backup your save file... to quote the guide... SAVE OFTEN !!
Yeah that was what I was planning to do. I would have hope to just do the new things in the new update and not start it over again. It's my 2nd time so will be the 3rd now...

I Normally don't suggest but why you don't use the Companion Mod, since you know the Mechanics and the achievements, It helps you to catch up !Yeah that was what I was planning to do. Can't say for sure how long the next release will add to the time, but it has been my experience, that starting a completely new game is not the end of the world. Everyone plays differently, but by playing just a couple hours a day, say an hour in the morning and another hour at night, the complete game (at least through v0.3.6.1) can be completed (every achievement attained) in less than two weeks.
