Top of my head, you must talk to her at the nightbar (have a drink with her), conversation may depends on the outfit she is wearing at the bar (read the hints for that).

There might be a bug in Eva's weightlifting scene.
It triggers the scene where you can't change the weights and are supposed to ask Jennifer abaout it. But after the dialogue line "you head back to the gym main area". The game doesn't properly exit the scene and you get stuck in evas gym actions menu. I can open the phone, the companion mod but the only navigational button that responds is the gym button. All others are frozen.

Try that, open the console Shift+O and type in menu_active = False
Then exist (esc or type exit)

So we are on an island full of hot, beautiful, sexy ladies and yet every morning I wake up alone. Why doesn't any of them want to spend the night with me, after sexy-time?

Thank you very much, worked like a charm. I tend to forget about the console and in this case I would have had to research the correct command first. So this helped a lot

Events i had unlocked in the phone in version 0.4.0.0 now appear as undiscovered when i update my saves to version 0.4.1.0 is this a bug or have any soulocion ?

But I have spoken to her in each of her dresses at least three times, with no luck...
I know this was posted several times but i cant seem to trigger the Eva Breast Enhancement Story line. I tried it on different versions with different saves, used the guide and properly installed the fix, i even did a clean install. Im running out of ideas, can you somehow force the event to trigger via the command prompt?

The hints should give you the pre requisits if there are any.
You can also check the quest log if there is an entry for Ivy.
