There are no posts to what the future holds in that regard.
What is known is that each release since mid-2023 complete one to two girls.

Resort guests
2 of 14 are completed (Brenda, Renee)
2 of 14 are moving there (Desire, Natasha)

Staff and Specials
1 of 9 "left Island" (Mia, I choose to view that as a completed of sorts)

As each release does it, it seems reasonable to assume the completions will continue.
This level of completion is why people are saying end the game and move on. Assuming there is no merit to the theory that the dev is deliberately slow walking the development of the game to grift via patreon, this is a clear case of a game that was too ambitious. When you are too slow in development that you need to revamp/re-render scenes not because the quality sucked at the time you created said scenes but because the technology has left you behind so that older work looks inferior, it is time to pivot and reassess your game. There are far too many characters full stop. This isn't opinion it is fact because after 7 years if your completion rate is 21% you have failed to correctly triage your feature list for the game. And that 21% is generous because I counted Mia, Desire and Natasha as complete even though they are not in fact complete. So the truth is the game is far worse shape than presented. The games lack of story also points to the fact that things are too ambitious, not because the game needs a story but that narrative factors are not slowing production this is a game that is almost 100% pure mechanics.

It is seriously time to move on and start the next project, this game should have focused on 4 to 5 women that you could woo and the rest should have been "extras." aka minor characters that don't require so much development to add to the island.

Update time is so fun :ROFLMAO:

I have to say the new " End the game! " spam is highly entertaining.
As I said, you can not please them.

They want the game to end yet moan about lack of content for their fav character.
They want the game to end yet moan about fewer updates.
They want the game to end yet moan about lack of storyline.
They want the game to end yet want a kink/fetish added to the game.
They want the game to end yet moan about it looking bland.
They want the game to end yet moan about image improvements and old content upgrades.

Basically, they just moan :ROFLMAO:

Apparently Darkhound is not allowed to have a family, real paid work, real life etc...
Needs to be 24/7 making updates for the crowd that don't pay for the game.
As per the trend elsewhere... he's now milking his Patreons.

I say to all you End the Game spammers... go learn about what goes into making a VN game...
Go learn about Renpy.
Go learn about Daz3d.
Go learn about Python.
Go learn about Patreon, and how most creators make very little.
Go understand how your comments make you look like a child, wanting its own way, and are more like tantrums than actual creative critique, or anything of value to help development.

What people say? Are we here talking about the pause entertainment after each release?

The one where people embarrass themselves by rushing in here year after year and do all the mental striptease things that their primary caregiver have told them not to.

Yeah, that's quality stuff alright.

I plan my air fryers schedule around them so that I can have food and drink ready when their tears start.

Edit. As for rest, that's your opinion, the game will do as the developer pleases. It's a free game, aimed at adults, and said adults can like it or leave (or support my air fryer)

Its a fun game but I would like deeper mechanics. Like what?? Upgrade certain girls to GF or wife status, prego/baby and/or ending with a girl/s leaving the island(or maybe staying on the island becoming a manager).

I would prefer a mixed bag of girls rather than having them with all the same body type.
They have average to HUGE.
I would love petite but some are scared of petite. Sometimes when people see petite women they think loli.

If you are talking about fat, hard pass.

anyone know how to get to trigger Yvette's pink corsette scene? Trying to trigger it the second time but everytime I giver her the contest she takes me to the private restaurant instead. I think she says Jessica convinces her to do it so will it disable the scene if I send Jessica away?

Will someone please step by step walk me through how to apply the bug fix for the game not starting on a Mac? I'm not tech savvy. The instructions for the game fix say delete the persistent files in the "Saves" folder... well I have no earthly idea what a persistent file is or what it looks like and I've looked all through the various game folders and there is no "saves" folder. Help.

Have you considered using the 'Search' function in the upper right of the screen? Persistent File Mac returns two pages of answers. Here's links to a couple.

I try every time but usually just get a bunch of posts that suggest I delete the persistent file; however, I haven't seen these two posts you suggested yet, so thank you!
