Don't know what to suggest as I had zero problems with the download or extraction. Out of curiosity, what program are you trying to open the ZIP file with?

i tryed 9 zip 7 zip and dr archiver al gives the same problem

ps download istn a problem and i played older versions

ps2 i use zipExtractor and it worked

i got that too

got this error unzipping files.

Maybe try to open the archive (no extraction) and go there \game\images\events\Amy\player_room and delete the "events-shortcut" or delete the images sub folder.

Maybe a permission issue to the folder where you unzip the archive as stated in the error box, lnk forbidden or something.
