Well that is a rather broad question without giving us any other pertinent information. Like can you assign a different girl to be the doctor? Have you completed the upgrades to your hacking skill? Do you have the new phone? The doctor gives out the quests to gain access to the girls' sub dermal implants. You will also need to improve your hacking skills. If you just started playing you do not as yet have the ability to talk to the receptionist and assign a specific girl to a duty like doctor or maid.

Keep playing until Joy visits and grants you the ability. Then assign someone else to be the doctor and talk with her and hope she gives you a quest to complete in exchange for Alice's sub dermal access. The doctor 'should' change each week any way, but depends on available girls. In other words if you haven't been granted the ability to invite girls to the island and send someone home, you'll just have to wait.

How do I trigger Amys thrid workout scene, I got her the special clothes (green skimpy bikini) but nothing happend since 2-3 weeks? And how get I the facor from Desiree repaid after the pool scene. It says that I have to visist her at night but I only get the "just say hi" option? Maybe a spcific time?

Check the guide linked in the OP.
With Amy special bikini, there are only pec and pull up training. Use another bikini for the 4 options.
Désiré : in her skimpy swimsuit, alone at pool, play with her in the pool, there is a chance she will drop her top which leads to a sexy scene. Then you can visit her at night (she has 4 nightgowns so it can take several tries) and if she is wearing her blue nightgown, she will repay the favor.

On Joy's second visit upon getting the first choice to make (Accept or Decline) if you click on your phone you will get this error message. W10 64bit v0.2.0.0 of the game. 1586687207992.png Also pretty much with any decision choice IF you click the phone you get that error.

Should not happen if you didn't cheat the menu_active variable. You can't click on the phone button, because it's deactivated.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to you all.

As we have to stay indoors for now I have taken to using the High Powered Binoculars more to watch
the wildlife around my home.

I could not believe my eyes when I caught a sight of the Easter Bunny...
