After a quick search it seems that Windows 10 and 11 use the same kernel prefix of 10.0, so I don't think that is the issue (I'm also a moron so take that with a grain of salt). I have tried three different downloads, including the Mega on Darkhound's post (Google Drive is blocking the other one while traffic is high). Any other suggestions?

She's not there immediately after you arrive, I believe she arrive 10 to 15 days after (can't remember, I've slept since then)!!!
She should show up in the "character selection" window in the phone if she's on the island, right? she's not there. I think my save is bugged or something at this point, cuz I also can't ask Jessica to apply sun lotion on her back at the pool despite me having plenty sun lotion bottles... I really don't wanna start all over again if it's some kind of bug...
is there a bug with the ksill increase book button? no materhow many time i try to increase any statit never happen, i'm stuck af 10 night in a rawtrying to improvcharm and nothing move

There are a number of people who post answers to common questions here that have been asked and answered by darkhound multiple times, this is one of those questions. (the same questions usually show up in bursts for the week or two following an update)Why is there always some retard that feels the need to white knight for the dev. You know he probably doesn't even bother to come to this site right?
Darkhound was responding to bug reports multiple times on the last page, so I'd recommend working on your situational awareness stat.

Bizarre update to this error saga: unplugging all devices from USB ports (laptop cooling station and USB splitter with mouse, mic, and controller plugged into it) and charger for my laptop let me get through to the game no problem. Anyone know why that might be?
Edit: can confirm it is specifically giving me a bool error whenever the charger is plugged in. Game works fine while not charging, as soon as the charger is plugged in game crashes. This is the only game I've ever experienced this with. Any insight is still welcome!
