I don't know what part of "piracy site" some people seem to be struggling with. A few people support creators but most here won't.
I've seen a few people jump through mental hoops trying to convince themselves it's an advertising site or a sharing forum (which is still a polite way of saying piracy) but at the end of the day we are here getting games taken from creators and paying nothing for them.
Stop deluding yourselves. Embrace the internet ocean and live free as pirates of porn. Just lay off the rum, some of you are barely tolerable sober.

I'm in contact with a lawyer, multiple ISPs, hosters and other companies. Can't say to much now but we already have the IP of the bad guy pinned down. No VPN used? Ouch! Big mistake.
The original plan was to release V9 bundled with 2 updates on the weekend. V9Update1 was just finished, then the game was leaked and all hell broke lose. The bad guy failed to add the Update 1. The result: players here download an outdated version and run exactly into the issues that I could have predicted. Since then I've moved V9 and Update 1 to public on Patreon. And that's the official download link. Not this forum.
There are enough other more simple linear Ren'Py games where it is much easier to keep savegames compatible.
The chance to spawn a spider is higher in V9. I'm not sure whether I should give a tooltip to the spiders when hovered with the mouse!?

This is the prime example of what happens when one plays a version that's not suppose to be public yet. (And I'm blaming the idiot who leaked it, not you) The blue book was added in V9 Update 1 and the computer is not yet usable ... which was also added as red text-message because I knew people would try to access it.anyone know the password for notebook or where i find the book?

If you're a saint them I'm sure you have no problem sending me a private message with your source. And to be clear here, I am not point fingers at you. Innocent unless proven guilty. But spreading it more f*cked up my plans and will now cause a delay in development due to me being busy with damage control on multiple channels. That being said, I don't trust you, I don't believe you.
In my case the game will always be free after some time. It's safer to download it form Patreon directly. You don't even need an account. Obviously I can't control here whether someone modifies files. Constructive feedback, ideas, suggestions are other forms of support, it's doesn't have to be money. I'm aware that not everybody can pay and that's fine. That reminds me ... I could still use more DropBox space to backup files. See

.Yes I left that in on purpose even after the quest is complete, simple because there isn't much to do around the house yet. I see why this is confusing. Right now the NPCs follow a fixed activity-list per weekday, probably something that has to change some time in the future to avoid have Meagan stand on the Box every week, the same day, the same time.

I understand your frustration but indeed this site/forum gave me a far better overlook on the adult games currently under development than Patreon itself. Thanks to f95 I am able to try and get better support on games/VNs that peaks my interest and indeed I do put little money (I can't afford much anyway but I'm doing my best) in the tip jar of the developers that I consider worthy. As it happened with your case. I discovered the game today - tried it, read a bit more about it here and my conclusion is that the game is good and more, is getting even better so I went to your patreon page and became your lowest tier supporter. All going well I shall stay with you as long as you keep developing the game.

Scroll up to the top of the page. Type "password" in the search box. Check the box below it that says "Search this thread only" and then click the "Search" button. Then read the password from one of the many posts here where this question has already been answered.
Some words of advice:
- You can't possibly get his IP address so quick without including spyware in your game. Stop burning your own product
- Why would you throw thousands of dollars to a leech to defend a $100/month game?
- You're clearly not an American, so doing so is even more of a nightmare than it should be
- You can file DMCA takedowns. That's the most basic step you can take and this website has to adhere to those requests because it's hosted in the USA.
- You can *probably* get this website banned in the EU if you gather enough of your colleagues. Expect a good old bureaucratic procedure though.
This is a pirate forum which happens to have a number of eloquent members writing in-depth reviews and giving constructive feedback. For developers that is arguably the best reason to be here. There are also people who modify games for free and do alternate engine re-releases which I really like. But that's where the good things end.
The rest of the community however, they have an inexplicable obsession with incest and get triggered whenever there is NTR in a game. I thought the choice to ban "Insexual Awakening" was great only to see it returned, no doubt in an effort to get that lost forum traffic back.
Embrace the fact there are pirates here, pirates with money to sponsor Patreon projects to get games released sooner. You can easily order verified pre-filled PayPal accounts on the dark net (bought through a crypto currency) and use it to subscribe to Patreon. Same thing with credit cards. Don't expect pirates to use their real information.
As for you specifically, developer, threatening with lawyers isn't going to help much. You'll get a poor reputation. If you're going down that path anyway, start threatening people when your game is finished or has enough substance to be worthy (as in financially worthy) of defending. You do not seem to have enough of a fan base yet to do so, though.
You can of course create a patreon interface where patreons can download your game which allows you to fingerprint each release (eg. adding a patreon user's MD5 hash in some Ren'Py file when download is generated). You will catch the pirate but you won't put an end to piracy.
