Next month. Something around 12th I think but I might be wrong. Dev is pretty consistent with teasers and informations about his development on Patreon so nothing to worry about. Just to be patient
I know this is a linear story but there could still be some quasi choices like who gets to take whose virginity. Or couple off game over/what if paths like what would have happened if Kimberly's mother didn't wake up.
Determining who steals girls' virginity it's a very good idea. But this is the kind of story where the creator wants to be in control of events. So things develop in the direction he is looking for. You may or may not like that. For now I quite like it.
As for the "game over/what if" I don't know if it's a good idea or a bad idea, but what I'm sure of is that I don't like it at all. I don't like to speak badly about any game, if I don't like it I ignore it and that's it. But on this forum there is a game from a German developer that is full of those "game over/what if" things. It's not a bad game, but playing it is exasperating. You are left with the feeling that nothing you want to happen happens. It is something similar to "wet dreams" but worse.

I'm also not a fan of game over paths for the sake of a scene. Kim being raped by a redneck at most should be branching in a story, but that's a lot of additional work for a dev. Kinetic novel is a great choice for a first project for any developer and it allows for a concise story that fully embraces developer's ideas about storyline. I'm also hungry for some cherries and I'm sure we're going there sooner than later.
Don't see why branching would be necessary or beneficial. all the content can be put into one path with optional skip and it's probably easier this way for dev to manage the plot.
Only upside of branching would be some superficial "game" feeling by offering choices ,but that's mostly a shallow nuisance for any completionists wanting to see all the content.

There are of course games there you can skip a defloration scene to have it later with different man or monster, but that means losing emotional and psychological content.

Yeah some weirdos in anime apparently use the word trap in a completely stupid way that has nothing to do with being trapped. A man who looks and dresses like a woman is NOT a trap. It’s a trick, a lie, but you are still able to walk away from that situation. A trap is something you can’t escape from. Blackmail is a trap. Also, Webster’s definition for a trap is as follows

I know it has been a longer wait then it has been in the past. I am shooting for the 12th. Then here on the 19th-21st depending on when I get back from my vacation. I have had some personal things going on that has slowed me down. Plus, telling both girls stories is harder. But I promise that everyone is going to love the final scene in this update.
