Is there a reason why this card won't work with the current RX7? The guys profile said something about an RX10 and Im like wtf? Is f95 behind the actual thing? Why is there an RX10 when we are on RX7?????

you can, but its not recommended since some mods might interact with another mods that dependent at it

As I explained many times there is the BetterRepack for the game itself including a bunch of mods for use in the game only.
The other thing is the "Sideloader Modpack Studio" which is ONLY for use in StudioNEO - you don´t/can´t use this in the game!
If you need the space on your drive for other things you can delete this but be careful not to delete one of the games mods. If that happens you can run "update" in InitSettings, that will restore all missing mods from the BetterRepack.

Anyone can tell a noob if there's like a super mod link in Discord like there was on HS1? Or give me some tips. I don't care for most mods, (clothing studio, etc) but I did find LRE, HSMoreresolve useful in HS1. So any advices for someone that is particularly interested in using it for Roymods and 73la's mods.

Due to the need to patch BepInEx 5.3 plugins to BepInEx 5.4 format, initial/first launch will take longer than usual. This is a one time thing, until plugins are updated for the new format.
If you have trouble starting the game, start the game once through the launcher (InitSetting.exe), this will check for errors and fix them as well before starting the game.
You can update the sideloader modpack (clothing mods etc) from the launcher. Just press the icon in the lower left corner of the launcher with the arrow to check for updates. I'm updating that more often than the main pack, so should get some updates there every so often

Ah, I should know this, but I can't remember the specifics. Anyone remember how to rename the files? Should I add the number before the 7z?
When I open the first one says file is corrupt so I'm wondering if that is really the case. I think I'll reddownload just in case

Yes indeed, you should only have files xxx_SPLIT.7z.001 to xxx_SPLIT.7z.015 (for BR R10).
You have to download again the corrupted ones.
