Yes, it's included and activated by default in STN's repack. There's the link quoted in this page too. I don't know if the first post could be edited to include these versions? That would help a lot of people getting directly an up-to-date version, and maybe not ask for an uncensor mod all the time while it's already here.
The uncensor is still a bit wonky though, it's fine most of the time but gets very awkward animations in some positions. I generally have it off as I'd rather have the pixels for now until there's an improved version, but the option is here at least.
Oh nice. The right one looks like some kind of Chinese Dress, hopefully there's more coming. The game is sill lacking some very "basic" outfits that you'd expect in this kind of simulation games.
But more than anything else, I hope they record (or reuse) some more voice sets. I don't care if it's recycled assets from HS or KK, as long as we get more than the 6 we have now...

I can easily start the game without patches like the Koikatsu series (just one click in the application) why isn't it, or does it need a patch to make it work?

Go to the "Face" section, choose "Eye shape" and set "Front of bangs" to "No"

From what I've seen, all mechanics are identical, down to the stats name and effects. That also goes for the Quirks/Mood/etc in character creation, and what they actually do. And maxing out the basic "states" is really quick anyway. The only somewhat grindy stats are Broken and Obsessed, but you can slightly affect it by using matching quirks.
Even the Achievements and rewards to buy are similar to HS2.

This is probably a silly thing to ask considering what kind of game this is but which do you play as in this one? Male or female protag? And yes I saw the multiple protagonist tag but I have played atleast one C0M3D2 game and that one had me playing as a male MC so seeing both male/female mc tag on this one confuses me a little.
