Doubt they'll try to do explicit non-con considering what happened to rapelay tbh. The most that you can do is using rough/forced position until their mind break.

Can you tell me why the file format is so strange? I downloaded it but don't know what to do next
If I'm seeing this correctly it's a 7-zip file in 3 parts.
Download all 3 into the same folder an then unpack the .001 file with 7-zip.
7-zip is a free, open source data-compression tool that is widely used for it's ease of use, and being free and open source.

of R1.3, a good soul posted a link to a Slider Unlocker plugin in the comment section. But it seems to be unstable and it "only" allows negative values to the existing sliders at the moment. But it's a start. So use only at your own risk and backup your saves / characters.
