While I agree with some of the criticism, visual is awesome, but not being able to adjust any of the normal variables is a big no go for me. I am relegated to a laptop at the moment and alot of the newere stuff is just rediculous with resource consumption. Keep it up and looking forward to seeing where this goes.

What variables do you need the ability to adjust specifically so I can see about adding them in there for ease of additional laptop users as well? Also - the latest version will always be most up to date on my .io, (I reported this post for update already) there’s a 1.3 up now with a lot of things fixed including the white screens, now you can see the animated sex slides and animated cam pan menu screen as I intended! Enjoy and keep an eye out for future updates.

One of the features that is definitely needed, is to at least adjust the text speed and transitions. It is just horrible, that a line like "zzz...zzzz" that needs no time to read takes several seconds to advance. Even better would be the ability to simply skip text or roll back, like in RenPy games. Another feature, that is better in RenPy is the save system. Simply being able to right click and save/load a game is great for the user or clicking the middle mouse button to hide text boxes. I think a lot of people will complain about that, since the story format of this game is just so similar to other RenPy VN's and everyone is used to that. Ease of use and functionalities like these for the players should be a high priority when making games in my opinion. So if you start to make a game like this in any other engine than RenPy, there needs to be a good reason for it. Taking away these kinds of things just make it feel comparably worse and will attract less of an audience.
However, that are just my two cents so take it as you will, but i think a lot of the comments so far are of the same opinion.
All of that aside, the renders look good and the story could be good as well, from what i've seen so far.
And on a last note. Is the TV screen, when the player wakes up and talks about watching to much porn, in the very beginning supposed to be just a white sceen with (i think) your name in the bottom right corner of the TV screen? With this context it looks like it is supposed to show some sex/porn scene but it is simply blank. Maybe the picture is missing? Same for the sex scene with Mia, just before the end there is a white screen. It sounds like she is giving the player a blowjob.

Thank you for getting back to me, I appreciate your input. And for your question about the white screens, I posted an update fixing that issue. All white screens show an animated sequence of some sort yes whether it be the camera panning or the characters moving yes. I've reported this post to be updated with my latest version a couple days ago and it looks like they updated it today. Definitely check out my itch.io often as that is where the latest version will always be for this portion of the game (currently on v1.3). I hope you enjoy it more after seeing what I intended to be seen instead of those white screens!

That's weird then, i downloaded it twice, from here and just now from your itch.io and both gave me white screens on the scenes i mentioned above.

Not completely true. The Paper2d tools in Unreal are beyond excellent and accessible to even non-developers.
There is also a free Visual Novel creation plugin available for free from the Unreal Marketplace; not sure why someone just starting out wouldn't consider that first.
I don't think anyone was saying that the developer or product sucks outright -- more so they were suggesting ways for the developer to make it easier on themselves and us.
Must admit I’m a tad annoyed that this thread wasn’t replaced with a new one given that I literally remade the game in an entirely different game engine (RenPy) and so now all of the replies on this posts don’t show current accurate responses for the game engine version that’s now available (nor the right screenshots of the game)….. and what features it offers. But I’m sure there’s a reason……… sigh. Anyways.

Yeah.. Idk I made a ticket for it I saw somewhere on here that's what were supposed to do, had 2 tickets open a while just figured they we're backed up, so I didn't want to pester a Mod but I guess I'll try?
