right now? i don't think choices seem to matter at all. last time i played game had no sense of progression. acting like i've been taking advantage of everyone who had a pair of boobs. so right now it's more like a gallery-mode with dialogue.

Appears to be so. yes.
haven't played for a while. waiting for the game to be fleshed out first. but it seems that there is no progression for it, meaning you will get fired no matter what.
Something that I've noticed is that there doesn't seem to be any continuity at all with how you handled previous applicants, they'll make references to things that never happened and the game gets confused on when you unlock new abilities.
