FUCK! I haven't even played the game but FUCK FUCK FUCK! This is basically an idea I had for an adult novel haha
Pure coincidence, btw. I'm not accusing anyone of anything. It's pure chance.
It doesn't appear to be exact (based on the description) but close. I'll try it to see if it's different enough for me to keep making mine.
It sucks as I'm past the scripting and have begun modeling. I'm glad I found this before I went further so I can find another idea.

Well, if you are on this path, may I make some suggestions to avoid the pitfalls this game falls into?
1) Try not to have empty scenes that describe events not shown. This game has that quite often.
2) Tone down the bully/disrespect aspect of the antagonist and the women. This game made them so evil it stole any eroticism the author had created. There is no reason the women can't love the cuck but still be powerless in the face of the desired cock.
3) Use actual seduction, not just panties dropping for no reason. I get the whole "young stud entices MILF" angle, but at least make him work for it. Things are so much hotter when there is a descent into corruption, complete with the declarations of who has the best cock or who owns the pussy.
4) Scenes of undressing are also nice, especially from clothes a woman wasn't expecting to get naked from. Those games where the mom wears a black cocktail dress all the time are kinda lame.
Just some thoughts.

You will get that in any forum.
Developers have got to be tougher than that. I know so from personal experience. Not all of the comments are hateful. There is a nice blend here. To be fair to your point a lot of people did shit on it. A lot of people shit on a lot of games. Some people shit on my game too. Guess what? I'm still here. As a developer, you must expect a certain number of people to shit on your game no matter how good you think it is.
On that note comments such as "I don't like [insert fetish here]" Are garbage comments. No need to kink shame.
On the other hand, many of the folks who were critical of this game were doing that creator a favor by giving valuable feedback. They are free to ignore any advice.
I basically told them in summary:
NTR games and Kinetic novels rarely mix well because to get the full feel of it NTR it being avoidable is important. (Even if without NTR the game is relatively empty.)
I also explained he needs better character development and storyarcs. Because there is practically no character development or stor arcs. It's 95% sex scenes 5% exposition, character development, and story. Which is actually REALLY BAD for an NTR game. How is a girl your character hasn't fucked yet possibly cheating on you? How does a "Mom" character that only mentions you once and is like "Your that dude that bullys my son? Lets fuck!" anything like a mom?
Much of the criticism of this game is VALID!

Well... If you count a man cheating on a woman as NTR then TECHNICALLY it has NTR... However, that would be most games.
AL has NTR in the prologue. Finding gf in bed with another guy. Liam possibly going out with the blue haired love interest or nurse would be interracial.

It tells you nothing about the game.

Agree with your points about Dev's being tougher.
If your game is vanilla, cutesy, and wholesome as fuck... then over the top criticisms and rhetoric towards the subject matter (nothing about the gameplay - but just about the genres and preferences involved) it probably would seem a little overboard and out of place. Mainly because... what'd you expect? It's a happy-go-lucky fuckfest where everyone's happy and shits rainbows so of course it's not going to be dark, morbid, or a little twisted.
If your game deals with controversial or darker subject matter... As a dev (or anyone for that matter - supporters and detractors)... don't act surprised or affronted when you're met with backlash or protests.
Doesn't mean it's right (personally I don't like kink shaming) but don't clutch your pearls and act naive that people won't like your subject matter or genres you've included if they're a bit on the periphery of preferences. (Frankly I find it annoying when people complain about things that they don't like especially when there are thousands of other games out there you could find to fulfill your "needs" but meh, people will be people at the end of the day).

way to fast and feels rushed so i'm guessing from reading some of the comments on the first page is that this is more like a demo because as it is it's basically a loving mom, sister and GF see's the BULLIES BBC they just forgets about the protag and doesn't care if their humiliating him hurts him in some form or another mentally or emotionally which is WAY outside of what a loving mother, sister or girlfriend would do
