This is one of my favorite. It has good atmosphere and solid story. I also like the new reworked with better dialogs. I will definitely keep my eye for future updates and story progress. Keep the good work.

Hopefully, more support for the developer in the near future.

That's my first comment here in this site, but I've been playing games from it for a long time.
I feel obligated to comment to encourage you guys, because I loved this game. It still don't have much content, yes, but your animations are top notch, while characters, setting, style, is something that just clicks with me.
I love the long nails too, wish to know more games that uses that...
I for sure will sign the patron once I see updates are back on track, because I really want this game to go forward

Meanwhile I'm obligated to comment to say this update was infuriating to me. I was a patreon supporter of this game until this update. I like the idea of polishing a game to make it better, and I liked the characters, setting and style a lot too, but don't let that brainwash you too much. This game gets updates few and far inbetween and any supporters of the game typically just get a few still pinup images in the long time between updates and then they release this giving barely any new content whatsoever. Absolutely disappointing and feels reminiscent of other games dragging out their content cycle to milk money for as long as possible.

I know they are in a location with a lot of hardship and for that reason I supported them despite the long development but I absolutely cannot recommend this game to anyone until they give more and better updates after this. Too many fucking grifter games on here that people praise for making good characters in another company's character builder game. Hold them to a high standard and as soon as you see a drop in quality and/or quantity where it matters, be wary about giving them praise and thus giving other people a reason to get into it and give them money, otherwise this cycle is doomed to repeat itself in most of these games.

Dont worry, it will be the standard that you wait long for Updates with a small amount of content.
It will be the perfect WA-clone.

It seems to me that the WA developer didn't have to revise and actively expand almost the entire game at some point.
This is the main reason for the delay of this update, in addition to the other obvious inconveniences while working.

Without important changes to the existing content, the game will hardly develop further.
Hot Springs Academy is completely free and we are not forcing anyone to support us if you are unhappy with waiting for 2 delayed updates.

People like to complain on this site, I'd just get used to it. I for one am happy to see devs realizing they can do stuff better and getting it out of the way earlier rather than later. First impressions and all that. Looking forward to seeing what's changed

It's obviously disappointing in all this time to not have any progress in the story, but I personally liked the changes that were made to what was already there, the new scene with Kazumi was really well done as well as a few other new scenes, agree with the user about the animations, they're really good.

Starting new game, getting some monologs from "myself" (as if you really need that), few sentences between other characters, pass out from heat on the first day of school and getting handjob from some girl while unconscious... Yeah, this isn't really my cup of tea. I downloaded this game actually twice for some reason (versions 0.2.5b and 0.4a), but it's too strange for me - that japanese slang or whatever is that. This is problem in other games too, something like "onii-chan" etc I really don't understand, so I remove the game from archive and forget it until next update.

Overall, it's great. like 4 out of 5 great, but it could be better with great grammar, and/or dialogues. At this point of time, it definitely feels like a little bit of machine translations, especially in the infirmary room first time. The new scenes added definitely make the game better, players get more content and context.

It might be because it's been such a long time but I couldn't remember most of the game and it was as enjoyable as the first time I played it (or at least, what I remembered of it).

I can't wait to see what's next, especially if it comes faster than its alternative (which shouldn't be too hard).

Enjoyed the new changes, but I will say I hope the game doesn't devolve into a fuckfest/porn before everything else type of thing. Mentioned it in my review, but some of the new scenes felt a little out of place I suppose. I don't need a grand plot and story, but I always appreciate some proper buildup. Great job on the animations though, really are some of the more impressive I've seen with Honey Select.
