When I try to proceed with the menu related to the last alley, I get stuck in infinite loading with the sound of her taking off her clothes. What the hell is the solution to this?

I had the same issue. It was resolved when I deleted my game (I copied my save folder) and installed the full version that was linked with the latest update. I pasted my old saves into the new save folder and was good to go.

unzip, copy and paste in "HotM64\Hounds of the Meteor_Data\Managed"

F1 to get full hp (if full make you die)
F2 get more estrus
F3 get less estrus
F4 Suicide
F5 Take damage
F6 to cycle the suit damage status
F7 to get 1k money
F8 to get 1k exp

changed "ESC" to "CTRL-Q" to exit the game

Try reading the thread. Even if you just go back to when the latest update was posted here, that's like 2 pages to look through. It might just be posted already (here's a hint, it is. Within the last 2 pages even).
