This "Office Party" will be something like House Party part 2 or there will be some changes like npc customisation or more focus on sex stuf?
They promised customization, no idea if there will be since they have many people working on their game but not many programmers. They said years ago that main focus was time: no more a single evening but many days....each character will have a schedule and time will matter. Also the place will be surely bigger but no idea in which way: a single huge area or many modules with a small loading time between each other? Everyone will prefer the huge area but of course it requires more resources and also pathfinding is more problematic.
No idea how time will pass (for example a second is a minute) and if schedule will be the same each day or there will be differences between weeks.

Can't say that I am looking forward to that, that's what most (bad) sandbox game do. You spend a lot of play time fast forwarding to the right moment.
I prefer the classic adventure style approach which House Party has. Only a few adventures use ingame time (Resonance for example or Gabriel Knight 3). From a storyteller perspective it's a nightmare. GK3 however had a good twist for it. If you were not at the right place at the right time, you would miss an event (or could not take fingerprints from a glass for example) and therefore not have the information at the grand finale (Agatha Christie Style). Gabriel would then make quite a fool of himself.
It can work, but you really need some talented writers and designers for hat, if you don't want a boring click-wait-click-wait-repeat game.

House Party has random interactions between characters, classic adventure games have characters in fixed location. I agree that the new approach could be dangerous also giving you limited time during interactions and a lot of useless time (people sleeping for example). I think they should keep like now that characters interrupt their activities as long MC want to speak with them.
No idea if with the schedule they will implement a career mechanic to give orders to lower ranks and gain money to change the house of each character.

Not the ones where chars move. Did you ever follow the old man in Monkey Island on his way to the swordmaster? Once he arrives there, he talks to Carla, then leaves again. That's just one of many examples. There are many classic adventures games where chars walk around, talk to each other. Most adventure script engines support such events. Adding a random destination for the chars is just a minor detail.
I even have a text adventure where a character walks around the mansion randomly, until she gets called by a bell that rings every x turns after the last time the connected task was finished. Then this character finds a way to the kitchen, grabs something, moves to the room she was called to. It's possible to stop her from finishing her task. Once she put down the item, it can be picked up, but if she's close enough, she sees it and takes it back. You underestimate what chassic adventure script engines are capable of. Even a text adventure system like TADS or ADRIFT is flexible enough for that.

We'll see how far they will go with the new system.

Rachael will walk up to Patrick and beat him up

Amy will walk up to Stephanie and stub her toe

Rachael will walk up to Lety and... do... whatever the fuck that is called.

The Game Grumps will interact with characters all the time when they are spawned.

Yep. Nothing really out of the ordinary here. All a question of scripting. Usually designers don't use many random options, since it can be annoying if a character blocks the spot one wants to click. But it's all possible and has been used many times in the past.

Ah I remember the shopkeeper of Monkey Island, he wasn't moving like you (if you follow picking his path he would be super slow, if you enter/exit he will teleport in the shop) but him and the cook moved even without player input (they could exit from their room) so they had a mini schedule. But click and point games and even rpg had fixed character that wouldn't move without player intervention, the schedule become popular with Gothic and then with Oblivion.
There was an adventure with rpg elements game of 1991 "The adventures of Robin Hood" made by Millennium that was an entire open world with schedule for each character that were different each season...the world will keep going with or without your intervention: the sheriff will hang people, beggars will appear but you could save those people with your merry men or just being a spectator....you could even spy women going naked in the lake.

The game is currently discounted on GOg for 50% (base game) and 68% (DLC), meaning you get a total discount of 53%.

Hey there) Does anyone know when the next update will come out?
soon™

Lasst update was just two months ago, so don't hold your breath. But feel free to check the forum on their official website.
If the next thing on the list is the femal player character, it will be quite a while. That one last time was in alpha status at best.
But maybe it's the payed Doja Cat DLC, that should not take as long.

Theres like 20 download links in the first post, which is the sketchy one?
And as with all porn related browsing on the internet, use an adblocker.
I use Chrome with Ublock Origin which catches most weirdness. For the win64 version I would use Mega, Racaty or Anonfiles.
I find that Mixdrop nearly always craps out before the file finishes.
