There's still a "New Content" DLC thing yet to come, and nobody even knows what that's supposed to be, precisely. Could be anything. Worst case scenario: they just don't wanna let go of this game because it's what keeps generating money for them, until they put out the first "early access" build of OFFICE PARTY - prediction: we will get this, as soon as "House Party" stops receiving updates. If I was a shady business person, I'd totally do that. So look out for that.

Calling it now: as soon as House Party stops receiving updates, Office Party will enter the public... and hit the paywall, hard.

I know what some of y'all might be thinking: "Isn't it just logical to start working on a new project, once the old one is done?" and to that I say: NAY! Matter of fact, projects often overlap. This has been evident for a long time - work on "Office Party" has been going on for a while now, they make no secret about it.

The thing is: I believe they've gotten way too confident in their belief that "sex sells" while simultaneously attempting to have a game going on for over (how many?) years, completely ignorant of the fact that people can actually grow tired of "same-old" procedures. I myself am quite amazed that this particular "adult pornographic game" lasted as long as it did.

For me personally, this is no different than any Akabur visual novel, or maybe a "Senran Kagura" game with nude patches.

As in: YES it's not inherently meant to tickle your dick... but also, it's kinda tailored to tickle your dick indirectly.
I'm a bit confused because on one hand, it sounds like you're suggesting they should continue with House Party while introducing new content for Office Party. However, you also mention that people are growing tired of the "'same-old' procedures", implying a need to move on to Office Party. You're a respected contributor to this community, so I'd like fully grasp the point you are making. Could you help me understand your perspective better?

Yes. My perspective is that I do not agree at all with the way the developers of House Party (so far) have dealt with any of their content. I think it was wrong, wrong, wrong. Do I want "more" content? Sure. But please, not within this current game that's already kinda stale (just my humble opinion). They truly should move on.

I'm not entirely sure where you got that notion from, that made you believe I think they should continue with House Party content. Maybe I was drunk, idk, but I think I never said anything like that. I actually despise many of their decisions. And I wish they would just "call it a day" and move on to the next project.

My apologies, I think I got the cause and effect you were describing backwards. I think I assumed you meant they didn’t have Office Party ready, and were thus stretching out House Party content to keep the lights on, where I now think you mean it the other way around, that you believe they’re dragging their feet on Office Party content because House Party is still profitable for less work. I believe what threw me was the comment about the hypothetical person wondering why one wouldn’t start working on a new project when the old one was done, which you admit not even Eek are doing. It seemed to me that you were saying it’s o.k. to work on two projects at once (meaning also work on House Party) in the first half of your comment, and were thus criticizing Eek for not being able to do that (which, to be clear, you just clarified that is not what you meant).

I was definitely the one confused, but I appreciate the extra explanation!

There's a new Patreon Release published on their website:

1.3.0
(Beta Patreon Release 11/29/2023)

  • Added FPS cap support in the graphics settings
  • Reset default graphics settings
  • Fixed loads of bugs!
Does somebody have a download link they can share?

Here y'all go. Version 1.3.0 Beta
Seems that customization is a hella limited clothing wise for now. but you can also add patterns and custom images on the clothes. To customize your character, just hit new game then the button prompt should be there (again, clothes are really limited and you can't change how your hair looks, etc.).

Thank you, but unfortunately, that beta release is from a month ago. Even though the version number is still 1.3.0, the builds are different, and there's changes between them. The most recent one was published this friday:

1.3.0
(Beta Patreon Release 12/1/2023)

  • Improved lighting issues in the apartment, in the intro cutscene.
  • Clothing clipping fixes.
  • vSync turned on, on loading/credit scenes.
  • Text boxes added to the graphics UI so that players can enter a number in manually if they’d like for FPS caps.
  • Fixed Loading Screen and Customizer Group popup menu to scale correctly with resolution changes.
  • Fixed a bunch of bugs.
  • Updated V-Sync and Max Foreground FPS to be usable at the same time. If V-Sync is enabled, it will override a Max Foreground FPS cap.

they always break lots of things on beta release,I think wait for stable release is better. you can see there no game content added in the changelog.

Yeah, I never bother with alpha or beta. Once they think it's good enough for the public, they'll upload it to the store I bought it from. So I never have to wait for a download here :)

There was a thing called "unprotected" which is what I had been using for all my mod updates so far (as in: researching where all the function calls go etc.) - so if someone could provide me with a House Party version that was unprotected... meaning: not obfuscated... meaning: whenever none of this "we're fighting the mod developers" shit was happening, I'd grab that and start over right now.

There's actually been changes from the Beta Patreon Release that was shared by ihackroblox a month ago, I just posted the changelog from the latest one, which was last friday. Here's all stuff that has changed in between that time:

I agree that alpha/beta releases usually break some stuff, but I was hoping to try out the new customization options, specially the nail polish one.

I found "House Party v1.0.7 + 2 DLCs"

[there are 2 .exe(s) and 1 .bat files packed in a rar because of Bunkrr restrictions to upload those kinds of files; just extract where all the .bin, .md5 and .ini (all the files downloaded) are...

Although I highly doubt it, I hope it's of some use!

(btw thx for all your shared updates and mod!)

After Sibling Warfare (ashley prank), Madison doesn't accept my drinks or sex with me complaining that more commitment is needed or because she doesn't trust me anymore, is there a gift or something that can restore that? console code?

Sometimes you are able to fuck things up for good, some events are story driven and decided by your choices.
But you can always try to increase romance and friendship through console command, at least then she will be nice to you.

This is the one if it adds up.
