here is my unofficial android port of How It All Began v1.1.
from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall the app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore it needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

for a second there i got excited..... Then i realised it wasnt Oceanlabs's where it all began.. saw the mc's lack of eyebrows and immediatly put it in the recycle basket
I think people are too harsh on the dev considering It's his first project. I'd understand if there are some constructive criticisms on how to make this better but insulting his work shows the toxic side of our community. Let's keep it civilized guys.

Next update i recommend to make the textbox more shadow like or make an option so you can have black text so you can read what it says even when its White background I will play the rest in the next update when I can see the full text but seems promising I have come as far as visiting Teachers Home

Need to add an option to add a text box or change the color of text, half of it I can't read when white text overlaps white objects in the background.

The dev probably realizes that most people don't read and just skip text until a choice comes up. Then post about how there was only like 4 minutes of "game play".not sure how the dev expects people to read white on white background??

Hell in some cases a dev could have the conversations be a cake recipe and a lot of people wouldn't even notice.
