Unfortunately not. You have to replay the game and save during the beginning of every scene. The dev mentioned they will be working on it in the near future.

Sorry, I'm not really sure if I understood what you tried to say but there is no need for a patch and/or mod to have the incest content, you can always choose the relationship that you want with the other characters

Our Hero finally gets to fuck his sister, Zoe, first with and then without a condom. Does she become available for more fucking? Not that I can see.

My intention is exactly this, to make the game a sandbox where you can play with the girls whenever you want.
But that takes time to get ready. For example, before I rehash the Mila scene with new texts and at least one new position (as with teachers), I need to create an alternate version for all other events so they remain consistent (after having sex, Mila can no longer be angry when you touch her breasts in the living room, for example). And it takes a lot of time.
I don't want to just make the player see the same scene with the same texts. This will be the function of the gallery of replays (which by the way I've improved, separating the scenes by characters)
Anyway, I'm working on the game right now and I plan to add all these things to the next update, which I want to get done no later than June 22nd.

You've done well with the game so far. All dialogues mostly hilarious. There's always one or more characters who said or acted something stupid in every scenes thus makes the game so funny and that is not something you can find in other similar games. And that's also the reason I played this game. I'm looking forward for the next updates for sure.
Thank you for the prompt response and explanation, which puts you above many creators. I can only imagine the complexivity of mapping out all possible options and routes. So many girls, and their mothers, too. Nope, not looking for family orgies, threesomes or foursomes - I prefer a one-on-one interaction, it's more intimate and personal that way.
Again, take your time. We're patient, or are supposed to be. Better to do a job right the first time than to have to go back and correct errors.

The problem is that if I do not sleep, the next day I can not do anything, so trying to gain time at night is counterproductive to me.
And I do not always work so hard. Sometimes I do not feel inspired and it's a waste of time to keep insisting. And I have a problem that I have already realized is insolvable, which are the interferences of real life things that prevent me from having a constant work routine.
Man, this already made me very stressed, I almost gave up on my games because of it. But today I am able to deal with this in a more appropriate way. I've already accepted the fact that a lot of my time is going to have to be wasted on several (often useless) things that have nothing to do with my games. This will often force me to make a disappointing update and face the wrath of the players

OMG I just thought of something horrible. TK please don't ever abandon the MacOS compatibility for HS Tutor. I don't have $1000+ to spend on a pc and I love this game too much. I beg you, please don't be like other creators who stop making updates for Mac. Thank you so much!

I don't think that will be an issue. Mac compatibility is literally clicking a checkbox.
