After the little blue guys get kicked out of the captains room and you are back in control interact with the vent in Mia's room. After leaving the area and returning you will see the event. It does not populate in the cg viewer though......at least it didn't for me.

The video that was meant to come in August is being delayed due to the VA being on vacation. It's coming out in September instead. Extra scenes are being added to compensate. It's a Witcher video.
