i said "move the ship", not "walk on the ship" xD but thanks for that tidbit, i didn't know, and i barely cared when i was testing it, since i was busy with walking over the mountains for the Nth time :vYou can walk on the ship deck, you have to talk to Bosun to get there. But all doors are locked.
Actually you can get inside the ship by sneaking in through cannon door. One of front starboard side doors worked for me, just crouch and back in.
Gun deck looks great, I wonder why devs didn’t made it normally accessible. There is stairwell up to front halfdeck compartment. It looks a bit empty as entire ship, some crates, buckets and decorations should be added yet.
Orlop deck is fine too. Just that whoever was assigned to bilge pump, left long ago
I couldn’t get in storage hold, it’s submerged and player can’t dive. I’ve got there when wave got exceptionally low, but almost immediately got stuck crushed in the ceiling because game physics can’t deal with submerged player.
You can get out of there through horizontal door by fiddling on stairs under that.
I haven’t found way to sneak in officers cabins yet.
I’ve read that devs struggle with making hole to the water level that spreads over entire map under terrain included. I wonder if they could make the ship raise above water when player gets downstairs. Player could not see outside anyway, it could work as temporary workaround.

For anyone else having issues running this on a Mac because of the error that the application cannot be opened, follow these instructions.
1. Open Terminal (Applications/Utilities/Terminal)
2. Navigate to the folder where you've downloaded this game using the cd (change directory) command. For example, if it's in your downloads folder, type (without quotes) "cd Downloads".
3. Type the following command exactly:
chmod +x Hunt\ and\ Snare\ -\ OSX/ruffleneck.app/Contents/MacOS/ruffleneck
It will now work. You may have to go into system preferences to approve the first time opening, but it will work. This method will fix all errors of this type.

That's $4500 above previous goal of $8K.
Maybe Ruffleneck consider hiring someone for that task? $4500 or EUR 3500 per month (before tax) is average wage in Finland.
So far he earns $6500 on Patreon (minus Patreon fee) plus unknown on Steam. They are team of four. Ruffleneck is full time on this, I have no clue about others.
Anyone else having problems using the Mac version? It just says the application cannot be opened
Look about 6 or 7 posts up, someone recently posted a fix for that issue.
It's way expensive but If he makes a living from this, who am I to judge, point is that I don't think that their patreons will reach that goal at all or anytime soon! See you back in 2025.
Go to C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\LocalLow\Ruffleneck\Hunt and Snare.
Then just delete the archives that you want to delete or the complete folder

Red is loot
Yellow is the stone circle, there is no loot and I didn't really map the other npc locations because they are few and there are in-game hints to their location anyways.
Anything that appears to be in the ocean is actually on land and the one in the middle of the mountains is actually at the peak.
This map's terrain features are very inaccurate.
If you actually want to attempt to collect all the loot you better use cheat engine's speed hacks because it will take you forever going at normal speed.
If there loot I missed tell me so I can add it's location to the map.

You missed a round box in the middle of the central mountain, sort of high valley in the middle between smuggler shack and highest mountain peak.
Also I believe there is a large box on north-western island ring, on an island with a tree, right close to the tree. However it's a strange, because there was a box when I loaded a game saved in previous version and
there was not when I started new game.
I could not find a loot marked at the ship wreck on your map. Searched rocks in the sea, searched wreck, found nothing, just obvious hat.

About number 12...sorry but the devs already know that people managed to get inside the mansion property. They even put some rocks there so people can get over the wooden fence easier.

Unfortunately people haven't learnt that Ruffleneck's team removes fun hacks when they get aware. They removed fast travel home by game reload in a water and lift upstairs by reload under a plane.

The goal is to get something done that you want to remember later as a successful project. Keeping bugs, glitches and other nonsense in the game isn't part of that goal.
