When i try to use magic on Jasmin, in the bookstore, i get this error:

The movie is really terrible and you both have a blast watching and riffing it.

I updated but do I need to go to Jasmin's house to be in a relationship with her. Tried the bookshop but it keeps coming up with the same thing over and over

Show it to Mom. That's the end for the main quest for now.
You need to book a session with her (in her talk menu). Than go there in the evening, let her dominate you (or skip it). After that you can use magic to begin enchanting her (for that day). If you want to continue enchanting her later, you need to repeat the process.

Restart a clean game with 4.3.3c ... older versions of 4.3.3 leave her progress broken
How do you start the content with Brenda? When talking to her at the bookstore, she just says to meet at her house but I can not find her house anywhere. Thanks in advance!

Her house is on Gremaldi Street, which you can reach from Main Street. Once you have talked with her you can go there and meet her there in the evening (after 20:00)
