"If you don't like it, don't play it or say anything about it ever" What a fantastic argument for why we should all remain giant ignoramuses who have on-track minds. Yeah, why should anyone offer potentially valid criticism or an alternative viewpoint when I obviously know my own opinion and/or the opinions which align with mine are correct

You know what? you're right, but you're still "defending" someone who is complaining rather than giving "good criticism"(air quoted because every comment can be considered criticism, and yes it's my opinion that some criticism is good and some is bad, i'm not a judge or a supreme ruler, spare me this "it's your opinion, so it's not a fact"-speech) and he complains about a radical part of the game, ultimately i don't have the power to change the dev's mind on what to make or add into the game.
I think the exploring/varying what you play is valid but at the same time i believe once you reach a certain age you've a certain idea of what you like, i have such age and know myself enough that i will never like something, so i avoid such things, either Food, Clothes,VN-tags, types of personalities. I can learn about them out of mere curiosity but that doesn't make them more likeable in my eyes.
While your points are valid, you're explaining them in an attempt to defend someone who stated(and implied) to dislike big boobs in a game about girls getting bigger boobs...i don't wanna drop judgements but...it sounds stupid to me, not you defending him(or her) but his comment alone, but go figure i'm just someone questioning that guy's presence in a thread about something he doesn't seem to like too much.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
